I had a fantastic experience at JK's. They replaced my brake pads and rotors, and the service was top-notch—fair, honest, and efficient. The entire team, including Nick, Jay, and Willie, was super friendly and professional. Being a young girl not from the Westchester area, when my breaks started sounding like they were growling at me, I was scared. When I called JK's, Nick answered the phone and immediately provided me with a sense of comfort. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust and who truly cares about its customers, but this place does. Highly recommend!

JK’s team was incredibly helpful when I was having battery issues with my older car. They were able to look into the problem immediately and solved it the same day. Will definitely come back for any other fixes that might come up.

We brought our car in with no appt for an oil change. And thank god they were able to take us in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And was able to point out a few things our car needed. They were able to make a future appts so we can do these services over time which was awesome. JK auto will be our go to place for our car.

Soon as they saw me (a girl), they said “we got one”. But nope not this one! They tried to charge me $300 just to install my brake pads. Mind you I already came with new pads so the $300 would be just to install them. I’m no fool and I know it’s doesn’t cost that much to do. I went else where and they only charged me $80. Ladies don’t go here, especially by yourself.
Ummm I never said anything about rotors. So who’s not being honest. I went in there and told you I needed my brake pads done, front and back… my bad I left that part out, doesn’t matter cause either way it doesn’t cost $300. And it’s not about budget, it’s about shops and men thinking you can get over on females. Have a good one sir!

JK’s Auto Service is by far the best mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had. Eric, the person who handles appointments and gets your car into the shop, listened carefully to my concerns and communicated them effectively to the mechanic. They gave me an estimated time for the work to be completed, finished it within that time frame, and charged exactly what they had quoted.

Had a fantastic experience at JKs this morning. Had our car inspected, and was given recommendations with pricing on things that should be done. Prices were fair and no pressure tactics were used. They were happy to show us everything they were talking about on the car. They even saw we had a taillight out and went ahead and replaced it for free, just said "happy holidays, it's on the house." All staff that we talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be having some of the recommended services done here after the holiday season. Would highly recommend using them for your car!

First time car owners and we are so grateful to have found JK’s Auto Service as our go-to auto repair shop. We originally came to JK’s auto service for a routine inspection and we have returned for all our car repairs because the team is consistently professional and reliable at getting the job done! Couldn’t figure out where the oil was leaking for. I just had car back from VW service and they are charging me cheaper to fix the leak. Take price from three people before you take car to them.

JK's Auto Service team was great for issues I was having with my 2019 BMW X3. I was told by the dealership that there was a radiator needing replacing, but I wanted a second opinion. Steve and the team at JK's did a full multi-point inspection, and found two leaking hoses. I got one fixed, and will be back for the other and anything else I may need for my household's cars. Thank you Steve and JK's for being an honest and reliable repair shop in our area.
