“Stepping into Fashion Cleaners in White Plains, I was instantly greeted with a warm smile and a cup of comforting tea that made me feel like family. The master tailor treated my two dress pants and suit jacket with such gentle, honoring care, assuring me they would fit like a dream. When I finally tried them on, the flawless fit matched the genuine kindness in the room, filling my heart with a deep, inspiring sense of confidence and belonging.”
“I no longer live near Saveway, but will drive across town to use. The staff is extremely friendly and service amazing. I have been using Saveway for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.”
“This is a first class operation run by Anna and Steven. They are always polite. They’re Experts with garments. On one occasion, Anna fixed up one of my Ralph Lauren ties…free of charge.
I was there this morning. Although I’ve visited this establishment less than twenty times, Anna knows my first and last name.
SUPER Impressive”
“My wife and I both have the unlimited monthly car wash and we love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. We love the towel exchange program. Vacuums are free and considering the amount of people who use them, the suction is better than average.”
“I have used their drop off service more than a dozen times. Always prompt and service with a smile. You can pay with credit card and they send you a text once the order is complete.”

“I absolutely love Preferred Cleaners! Park and his family are lovely. They have taken on some very complicated jobs with regard to cleaning and alterations. I have brought in some of my favorite items that I wasn't sure could be salvaged and they have worked magic. They have also been honest and realistic when advising me (what's worth it, what's out of their capacity) and I trust them completely. I highly recommend Preferred Cleaners!”

“Never had an issue here. I use the tailor for my uniform and he is very good. I only go to the older male that works there, he's the tailor, might explain the other review I've seen. Price can always be better but I trust his work.”

“I love coming here. They open up at 5am which is great for before work or even on weekends before the crowd comes in. BUT I am very upset they changed the way the washer and dryer payments are now. I got a card that is still loaded with $23 and I'm out that money due to them changing the card. It's easier but not even a notice to let people know they would change the card to pay.”

“24h availability is pretty clutch. The machines are new and very efficient. I had to use these since my washer/dryer combo at home was broken.
I haven't been to a laundromat in AGES but it was a pleasant enough experience. Came at 10pm. There’s a competition for the massive washers, even at that time. Was here until 11. About 20 people here on a weekday when I rolled up, 10 when I left.
If you need a laundromat 10/10 would recommend.”

“I just used this service and could not be more pleased. Janet, the owner, was responsive, patient and informative as she helped me with my first order. I sent a HUGE load of wash which was as returned promptly early the next morning and I loved that I received status updates from pickup to delivery. The best was how neatly everything was folded. All-in-all I will be a regular customer from now on. I highly recommend.”
