“Full disclosure: I've only placed one online order with Bottle Grove, so I can't speak to the experience of shopping there physically. But what an excellent experience I had.I placed an order in late August 2023. Within minutes, I received an email from Chris that the following week would be too hot to safely ship wine, but that if this was an urgent order, they could make it happen. I never would have thought of this, and never would have expected a vendor to put this much thought into their fulfillment. I accepted their offer to hold shipment until the weather turned around, and received a follow-up note confirming the bottle was gift wrapped and shipped (with tracking number provided!) from another member of the team, Matthew.Bottle Grove is doing customer service and fulfillment the right way! Thank you!”
“Beautiful Store and Great Service.
Stopped by yesterday morning (8/9/24), and was immediately greeted by Joe who was very helpful and informative about the product I was interested in purchasing - Mija Sangria.
I would definitely recommend this store: neat, clean, nice layout and most of all GREAT PRICES & SERVICE.
Thanks again Joe.

“Great local selection. Someone generally asks if you need help with selections or packages to car. Reasonably priced when you buy by the case (mix and match ok). Good parking.”
“I’m genuinely confused by the negative reviews. I order from here for weekend needs with friends and/or family. I love that I can have it delivered. It is always packaged well, and my order is always correct. I often buy from here for gifts as well, and I decorate the bottles at home with handmade ribbon. Not once have I been disappointed. I appreciate this place, and it’s my go-to when I need drinks for family, friends or colleagues.”

“Huge THANK YOU to Grapes the Wine Company. We had gone on a vacation earlier this year and fell in love with a winery in Portugal. With the ever-changing tariff situation, it has been very uncertain with a lot of producers and importers. We were able to find several bottles of the wine we were looking for on their website and they kindly hand delivered it to our home in NJ on a date we arranged in advance. Amazing wine selection, and even better customer service. We will definitely be shopping with them again!”
