But what an excellent experience I had.I placed an order in late August 2023. Within minutes, I received an email from Chris that the following week would be too hot to safely ship wine, but that if this was an urgent order, they could make it happen. I never would have thought of this, and never would have expected a vendor to put this much thought into their fulfillment. I accepted their offer to hold shipment until the weather turned around, and received a follow-up note confirming the bottle was gift wrapped and shipped (with tracking number provided!) from another member of the team, Matthew.Bottle Grove is doing customer service and fulfillment the right way! “It's a nice, clean liquor store with a decent selection of wines and whiskies. Pricing is average. Unfortunately, the parking lot can be a nightmare due to the neighboring restaurant which insists on using valet parking which blocks the entryway leading to the dedicated spots for the store.”

“This is best liquor store in mamaroneck ave white plains, they recently relocated their 70 years old store to the corner same block. The new store is much bigger and clean which provide enjoyable shopping experience, the store curry wide range of wine and liquor at great price, Owner david is very nice and always help to find what you need, the they will also offer same day delivery in the future, I will definitely recommend others to visit the store for your next wine and liquor need.”

“They have a really varied selection. I found some great pineapple IPA and a weird but delicious chocolate egg cream like IPA. They were both really good but sadly no more. They also always have cases of Mike's harder black cherry cans which are hard to find in regular stores. The employees are very nice too.”
