I had such a great experience! I walked in looking for the new almond fragrance and walked out not only with that delicious scent, but a heartwarming experience! The staff was so welcoming and gave me a whole spa experience and tutorial on their products! What a great experience, from the live tutorial, the kindness at the register, and being offered chocolate! I will 100% be going back! My new favorite place!

I absolutely love the store and how it’s so beautifully displayed to catch the eye. I love the service I got while I was there. My sales person Monica really went all out to explain the use of products to me, I really appreciated that, and I loved my L’occitane products. 😁

We stopped by just for some window shopping while walking around the mall. Oksana was extremely kind and attentive. She gave my mom and sister a hand massage with the new scrub and gave us samples to try out at home.

This loccitane location is amazing!! They have the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. The employee there gave me a demonstration of the different hand creams and really cared about helping me find the perfect product for my needs. Can’t wait to come back!

My experience at this store was very pleasant. The staff were wonderful and they took their time to explain their products to me. I particularly enjoyed trying the different body lotions and hand creams . I give this store a 5 star rating.

I had such a great experience here the other day - came in for a hand cream and the associates were so friendly and attentive. They came up to me and helped me choose a product. After they suggested trying a scrub where they washed my hands, applied a product and then rinsed. My hands felt very smooth and soft! I have always loved this brand and the friendliness of the staff makes me appreciate them even more! Thank you!

How can people be so rude? I entered the store and the woman attacked me and was very rude. I will not come back. You should change your staff because this in no way embodies the elegance and politeness of French Provence.

Not happy with the service I received at this location. When I entered I was not greeted, which I wouldn’t usually mind, but it was clear the employees were watching my movements. I wanted to exchange some items and was given some trouble but was able to. As this exchange was being processed, one of the employees that was watching me greeted and made conversation with another customer as they came in. I am unsure as to why I was treated differently, considering that the other customer and I seemed to be the same age and dressed similarly, so I won’t be returning to this store.

I would give 5 stars, as the service was good. Oksana helped me purchase 9 lip balms and 9 hand lotions and a few cuticle oils. I look as the receipt several hours later at home and realized I'd been charged an additional 4 hand lotions adding an extra charge of about 60 dollars.Not sure how she made this mistake, please check your purchase and receipt before leaving the store. I got a refund easily an hour before closing, but disappointed I had to return to the store because she didn't do her job properly.The lady that helped me hardly said sorry for the inconvenience.

I just left the Westchester Shop and the young man was so incredibly helpful. When he learned that it was a gift - he found a beautiful box and filled the sides with samples. Put the beautiful box into a great looking bag and added scented paper. I am so happy that I drove all the way to the mall to purchase this gift. Thank you to "Brad"?? can't remember....
