I recently just went to this LV in White Plains. A bigger African American lady (didn't get to catch her name. Just wanted to describe her so you all can be on the look out) said hello to me and my family while working with a customer. She didn't seem too confident with the people she was working with and their ability to purchase so wanted us as we walked in with a LV bag. We responded nicely and said hello but we were going to go to the sales person who wasn't with a customer out of respect to the customers she was dealing with and we were met with nasty looks from her and she had no issue expressing it to us and her customers. A very unpleasant visit. Thankfully the lady that was open was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it seems like the trend with this location.

I purchased 3 colognes from cashier 4630,2 of which was not in stock in the store, she said she will have it mailed to me in 3 business days . 2 weeks later I call and the cologne he is sitting in the store and no one has contacted me . Cashier or saleswomen 4630 disappointed me by lying and making me wait 2 weeks when she promised me 3 business days . VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION I HAD TO EXPERIENCE IT MY SELF TI BELVIE IT . I LIVE IN NYC AND WHEN INTOLD 4630 in would go there to purchase it she insisted to buy it there and have them mailed to my house but 2 weeks later my item is sitting in her store and she did it contact me to let me know and when I called client services they had all the info and said she never shipped it out that’s why I did not receive it.

I just left this store after picking up an online purchase. The customer service was horrendous. Absolutely no eye contact from the associate who helped us retrieve our order. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her. When you make substantial purchases such as these, pleasant interaction is the least that should be offered.

I recently visited the Louis Vuitton store in White Plains with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The lack of basic amenities such as boxes and bags for the purchased products was incredibly disappointing.Upon making a purchase, I was shocked to learn that the store had run out of boxes and bags to package the items. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and attention to detail, this oversight was completely unacceptable.Without proper packaging, I was left awkwardly carrying my high-end Louis Vuitton products in hand, which not only compromised their presentation but also made me feel undervalued as a customer.Paying a premium for luxury goods should come with a commensurate level of service and professionalism, which was sorely lacking during my visit.Regrettably, my experience at this Louis Vuitton store fell far short of the standards I expected from a renowned luxury brand. I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in ensuring that customers receive the complete luxury experience they anticipate and deserve when shopping at Louis Vuitton.

Worst experience ever. At 5th Ave and Paramus the employees are so much more professional. At White Plains they have nasty attitudes and don't even have good information about the products.

Some of the staff at this location are very rude. I’ve also experienced a couple different staff members giving false information. One insisted that you can’t buy additional straps separately. I bought one online. Another insisted they didn’t have the handle soft trunk bag. I even showed them on my phone what it looks like. They still said they didn’t have it. It was right across the room on a shelf.

Absolutely DONE with LV! Their bags are cheaply made! I was told by customer service the bag would be repaired without a fee!! I drive here 40mims and she’s telling me 400 to repair 2 handles that stripped with very minimal use! I will NEVER purchase from them again! You might as well get a knock off from old cobbler for 400 and it will last just as long! Thank me later!

My first LV purchase was done here, the experience was very similar to other designer brand stores. My rep. was a doll, she really helped me from beginning to end. Interactions with other staff members was welcomed and very funny. I had a great time here. I was a little picky with my purchase, I had zero clue what I wanted and what I liked. I ended up purchasing The OnTheGo MM. I used it, I ended up not really being a fan, I wished the bag was bigger (my fault) so I tried to do an exchange or refund but the bag was not accepted as I did use it. Didn't want to lie, so I was stuck with her. A month later, I am so happy that I did. I purchased an insert and now the bag holds its shape and surprisingly is bigger than I thought. The insert 100% helps maximize the space. I will 100% be back.

Not friendly at All! Extremely poor customer service! Employees there don’t even know how to greet customers. I shop at Burberry , Gucci, , Ferragamo’s, Prada, etc. And I always have friendly and outstanding customer service. Not this store!I went to the Westchester mall store I told the lady I was looking for a specific bag and the sales associate was very uncooperative . She asked me to show her the bag. .I asked her if the store have an IPod to show customers the bags that they carry online and her response was “no” which I told my husband it was hard to believe. . I could not believe that the sales associate actually expected me to go on my cell phone and show her the bag I wanted. Not only was uncooperative but rude I had to leave the store. I told my husband that I will order the one I wanted online but since we were going away I decided to visit your other competitors to purchase another bag somewhere else. My husband convinced me to go back to the store and have someone else assist us. So when we returned back to the store I have to asked a young lady for her assistance not her approaching us. When I told her the time of bag I wanted she went on her “IPod “ (unbelievable) I was able to show her the bag I wanted. My honest opinion her customer skills were very poorly and unfriendly also. She already knew the type of bag I wanted and did not go out her to show me other bags similar to the style of bag I wanted. I will never go back to the store. Next time I will definitely shop online.
