Orlando was very patient and took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the mattresses in the store. My husband and I are over 70 and need the physical experience of actually trying and comparing mattresses. I tried the on line experience but it did not work for me. I am 95% sure that with Orlando’s help we chose wisely. I will not know until December but Orlando gave us his cell number in case we were not satisfied. I recommend this store.

When I walked in, I was very eager to see if there was a mattress available for me to order. I was truly in distress.Mark was extremely helpful and nice, and made sure that I try every mattress that was I interested in. He answered every single question I had, and offered every deal and option for each mattress. It was such a relief to know that I was able to take home the mattress that night!!!Mark’s hospitality truly gave me joy and relief in my mattress experience.

Walked into the store very late on Columbus Day and Sleep Expert Mark Brown was extremely helpful and informative about my options. Mark was low-pressure and honestly advised an upgrade to my order that I’m sure my aching back will love when it arrives! He set up a double delivery in record time. Great experience and I highly recommend.

Our sales associate, Mark, was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He priced several mattresses for us and did not pressure us for a quick decision. The mattress we chose was available for delivery the next day and was delivered within the timeframe given. Overall, a great experience.

The person who helped us at Mattress Firm, Orlando C, was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He educated us well and then took a step back and let us make our decision. Delivery was prompt and smooth. I highly recommend this company; we were thoroughly impressed and pleased!

Mark was absolutely wonderful!! I came in having had enough with my current mattress I had been trying out and needed something that was firm enough to give me support but also plush enough that my shoulder didn’t hurt when sleeping on my side. He knew exactly which mattresses for me to try, was very patient and thorough, and overall provided a great mattress shopping experience for me. He is very attentive and wants to provide the best for his customers. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location. I am very happy with my experience and cannot wait for my new mattress to be delivered

I had a warranty claim to pick out a new mattress and Mark was extremely helpful. He explained to me the differences between each mattress he recommended which made it easier to pick out the perfect one. He also got me a great deal with the delivery fee. I worked with Mark.Before entering the store I had no idea what kind or size mattress I wanted. Working with Mark he helped me to understand different comfort levels and what qualities to expect out of different price points. He was very patient with while I narrowed down my search for the perfect mattress. Mark also helped me to finance the mattress at an extremely good monthly payment.If you have no idea about mattresses by and have a hard time choosing what you like or don’t Mark is the guy you want!

Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He suggested a few beds for my fiancé and I based on how we sleep. Mark was also very patient when explaining how the different beds were made as well as the pros and cons of each. He took his time to answer every question we had and didn’t even push when we told him we had to sleep on it. Needless to say, we returned the same day to purchase our new mattress from him.Thank you Mark!

This is our second visit to a Mattress firm and while our initial visit was informative- The Mattress Firm on Tarrytown Road surpassed our initial visit to the other store and that’s because of Mark. Mark is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure that you purchase exactly what you need. He explains the differences and does not try to up sell.
