“Made an appointment on their app where I could also check in seamlessly. Was taken in within 10 minutes. The only thing I would recommend is that CoFlex or Conan latex tape were available. Many of us are on an anti-coagulants or blood thinners and the latex tape would really make a difference to prevent black and blue marks and hematomas.I was told by the phlebotomist that the company won’t provide this tape (as compared to Labcorp). Why not?
Too cheap?
The phlebotomists at Quest are all
very good.”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“The entire experience was surprisingly exceptional. Tim is wonderful! Very kind, efficient and friendly! If you have blood draw anxiety, this is the place to go, it was quick and painless. It took 3 minutes to check in via the kiosk, and the blood draw was so quick. 10 out of 10 for me!”

“The best thing about this place is that it takes absolutely no time to get you in and out and never has insurance issues… Furthermore, I have used several insurances and there is never been a co-pay. They get the labs back very quickly… About 24 hours for the basic stuff. It’s a good place to use and costs no money.”

“The place is good, clean and they give you the result in less than 2 hours. Although the place is completely empty, literally not a single soul, they do not attend you without an appointment.”

“I liked the convenient one-step process. But it seems to be closed. Alternative is the cumbersome process at Lawrence hospital:1. Parking is harder to find (on-street) or more expensive (varlets)2. Go to the desk, wait for photo.3. Go through metal detector (NO pocket knives; they won't give them back if they take them)4. Go to intake, wait5. Go to test lab, which is at least nearby on first floor.6. Walk to street parking or wait for varlets to bring your car.”

“The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. Would definitely come back and recommend others their business. The staff is also proficiently bilingual (English/Spanish). Street parking only with a meter FYI.”

“Waited 30 minutes after our appointment time, but ok. Waiting room was very crowded and some people could not deal with the check in technology. I helped them so you owe me. Need another location along Central Park Ave Yonkers.”

“The tech was amazing. The blood draw was painless (which is very rare in my unfortunately extensive experience) and so incredibly nice. Be forewarned though, the facility is pretty rundown.”

“In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.”

“My experience @ the Yonkers LabCorp was great. Easy checkin, little wait time for a walk-in appointment, blood work was quick and painless, and I was done within 40 min.”

“Need to pay $4 for parking cash only. Street parking is hard to find… plan ahead and come with enough time ? office was nice and clean and staff was kind and respectful.
But I didn’t like that the bathroom patients have to use for specimens is in the waiting room, also the toilet seat and sink were broken.”
