These guys are terrible. I got a plan I didn't request (of course, a more expensive one), which means I got charged more. Didn't even get a receipt and got a vague explanation when I asked for details of what I was paying for ("it's the cost of the sim card, how do expect us to give you a free sim card?"). They set the PIN and security questions on my account and didn't share them with me, so calling customer service was another nightmare. Do yourselves a favor and buy the sim card online and do the whole process online by yourselves. You'll save time and money.

Worst Service. The girl on duty doesn’t help me to solve just simple problem on my pin account. When I came first time she said she don’t know and wait for the guy to came at 1pm. Even she didn’t try to call anybody in the office or do something. I came second time the guy is there and her. She still insisting to go to T Mobile cause they will fix it. But we talked to the guy and he helped me less than five minutes problem solved. They just need to give me my pin and that’s it. This girl is worst. I didn’t get her name though. She was on duty today when I came around 4pm

I don’t understand Sam who is the representative of that store. He never provide me with receipt even though I went there twice to ask for the receipt. He just keep saying that it will be sent by 7pm and nothing. Phone number there doesn’t work. I will have to go back and ask for upper management contact.

Don't buy phones on credit because they say they won't charge extra or interest but those associated with the payments end up charging double and supposedly "they give you some things for free... that's false they charge you everything and I double ?️ with that people why do they try to convince anyway. I ended up paying double 1,000 Page 2,300

I never had any problems at all, whenever I come here. The workers are friendly, understanding, spend time with you solving my problems with my phone and for my son. They are very helpful, never had any disrespectful or misunderstanding. Cheers ? to the greatest crew and I do hope you keep up the fantastic work.

A terrible experience, the supposed manager of the store offered me a 30 dollar plan if I changed from Att to Metro, she also offered me a completely free phone equal to plan 30. She kept me for almost 4 hours. He gave false information, including insurance, and improperly charged me approximately $318. An atrocious experience, I tried to return some products and they said they would not receive me since the payment had already been generated. Worst of all, they didn't even give me a receipt.

This store is awesome. Me and my family always go here to upgrade our phones. Stephanie who worked with us the times we were there is fantastic and is good at what she does. Makes the entire process very easy.

The employees were nice and they was fast. They helped me switch my plan. I had at&t and they were charging me too much. Metro has better plans and cheaper.

Called the store and spoke to Freddy. Was given wrong information over the phone. Firstly was told have phone in stock, yeah come in the store. Upon coming to the store, was told that there will be an activation fee & can’t be waived and on top of that they don’t have iPhone SE in stock either. Wasted my 25-30 mins plus drive. Wouldn’t recommend the store.
