Customers are invisible to the staff at this CVS Minute Clinic - a fatal flaw of any medical clinic. The "medical" staff move at a snail's pace which is at complete odds with the name and branding of the clinic. As a long time customer of CVS and CVS pharmacy, I am done with CVS.

The "minute clinic" at this location is FAR from its name. I came here for an appt. at 1:30pm. I was still in the waiting room at 2pm. There were two teenagers I overheard talking to the older blonde haired doctor about an appt. they had for 11:30 and how they had been waiting since, and her telling them they'd have to come back around 4:30 - 5pm because the doctors had to go to lunch at 2-3pm. Highly UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional service. After they also tried asking me if I would be willing to wait until the doctors get off lunch, I left this clinic and got an appt. with my regular doctor the same day. This has not been the first incidence in which I've had appts. with this blonde haired lady and she's taken hours between each patient, I believe she does it on purpose. If you need a "minute clinic", expect to be waiting here for hours, unless you know that Dr. Brenda will be there. She is very quick and on point.

Had 2 excellent experiences at this minute clinic within last week. One was with NP Bari for my employer's wellness program and the other was with NP Brenda for my toddler who had suspected strep throat, confirmed by throat culture. I was impressed with the level of care & personalized attention by both NP's Bari and Brenda. Brenda even called me several days later to check on how my toddler was feeling, for which I was blown away by the patience experience. Would greatly recommend MinuteClinic over urgent care for checkups and rapid tests (they offer a lot!). Thanks MinuteClinic team!

Why is it places like CVS minute clinic show no regard for timeliness? Why make appointments if it’s just to sit and wait?

Google doesn't have an option of giving zero stars otherwise I would have done that. This is the worst clinic that I can ever visit in my life. Staff in CVS pharmacy area is way better than staff in Minute clinic itself. Staff, nurse and doctor at this clinic just keep themselves busy in phone, taking a walk around or doing their own chores while patient has been waiting outside for hours. Literally this clinic does have zero sense of professionalism, work ethics and respects towards patient. Really disappointed of such a bad service. Anyone going to this clinic should avoid it and use their time some where else.

Disorganized pharmacy. You constantly have to check in with the pharmacy. They will text you that your prescription is ready for pickup but they have not started it upon your arrival.

I had a very positive experience at the MinuteClinic. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I made sure to book an appointment online and checked in 10 minutes before the appointment. My NP performed a good diagnosis and was friendly. She made time to answer all my questions. Thanks Brenda!

Very disappointed today. Made an appointment for my 2 kids to get their flu shots, waited an hour to be seen and was then told they don't take my insurance. They took my insurance at another CVS but the Minute Clinic did not take it. They should confirm ahead of time they take your insurance and not waste your time. Terrible experience.

Went here for a simple flu shot. Not only did I have to wait over 45 min for my appointment (which was scheduled days in advance), I was told if I didn't want to wait (an additional 25 min), to go to the urgent care down the street. Doctor was rude and indifferent towards me. I walked away with no flu shot, but they lost a patient. If the doctor had manners, I would have been okay with waiting longer, but with her attitude, I'd rather take my business somewhere else.

This place is great! It's convenient to get to. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and the employees are very helpful. The check in process is easy and the waiting area is spacious. I have been here a few times and will definitely come back again.

When I arrived, the computer said that I was next and that it could take about 25 minutes. That 25 minute wait turned into over 2 and a half hours of waiting.
