my friend and i went into the store to smell a perfume I’ve had my eye on. We are smelling the perfume and we’re approached by this extremely rude and sarcastic “sales” woman at the parfum de marly counter. She comes over and says “do you really have to put the perfume up your nose? that’s why we have the papers to spray the perfume on” 1. why would we put it up our noses? 2. the fragrance test papers were behind the display which we couldn’t even see. I couldn’t help but laugh because of how caught off guard I was by her.If I could give her 0 stars, I would but the 2 stars go to the man at Maison Francis Kurkdjian and to the brunette woman at the CREED counter (I would give them 5) I didn’t catch their names but they were so kind and informative.

Very bizarre experience. I tried exchanging perfume and was not treated professionally or respectfully by the sales woman. I was accused of opening and using the perfume for the month it was in my possession. When asking her how would I repackage it she said I taped it. I said why didn’t you show me the tape when you originally asked if it was used and I asked no why? Now you opened it yourself and won’t show me the plastic. Even had the audacity to say “I don’t have to accept this return it’s more than the 30 days” well if it’s more than 30 days why not say that in the first place instead of opening it and accusing me of using it. It’s very disappointing if Neiman Marcus boca raton sold me an opened perfume but it’s even more upsetting that white plains location assumes it’s the customer and not the original stores mistakes. Till this moment still can’t tell you if it really had tape on it. Stay away from the Maison Francis counter

This is a review for the delivery of a very expensive item that was stolen by either someone at the NM warehouse or by Fedex. Ordered Baccarat Rogue twice, both times the box came empty and ripped up. Customer service gets at A+ for being helpful and fully refunding the cost, but it was very disheartening both times. Highly recommend going to the store in person for any and all luxury items. I hope the thieves at NM get caught and sent to jail.

I'll never shop at Neiman Marcus or any subsidiaries owned by Neiman Marcus ever again. I purchased items online before during the holiday season, shipped back the unwanted items within their given timeframe, and just because their delivery service was delayed, they had the audacity to say that I returned the items late and refuse to issue any refund. I emailed back and forth with their customer service showing all the proofs that it's their own service that messed up, while their customer service kept conflicting themselves and not able to show me how it was my fault the return items didn't get to them in time. The whole experience is simply ridiculous and disgusting.

Speaking particularly of this store location, the staff was rude. My daughter and I went in, looked around and the looks we got in the women's shoe department plus the comments that followed were met with me having to explain to my daughter that sometimes people who work in a particular area are disgusting people. If your staff wants to make comments about people who don't fit the look they want of who should shop there, they should use their quiet voice.Trust I have the money to spend but will never spend it here. Someone suggested I come here for shoes, I let them know what happened, now they won't be back either. Do better with your employee training.

I feel like the workers here have rude attitudes for no reason, especially in the fragrance and beauty department......from my experience... I went in there for a gift. And it does not make me want to spend anything there..... What kind of person tells you to shop elsewhere for beauty if you came to shop at their section... Then lies to you, ignore you and assumes you want free stuff.....what a trash place!!!(Chanel)

I bought two boots online and just tried on once. They are too small to me so I decided to return them back. The manager in shoes department refused to get a refund to me because she thought that the “condition” that I just tried them on will influence their second sale. What she asked me to do is to get it return online rather than return my order in her department. In fact, she just did not want to take the responsibility of my order obviously.This is my first time to return my order in Neiman Marcus of White Plains. I am so disappointed with the response of the manager. She did not consider my experience as a customer but only her sales.

I made two purchases of Christian Louboutin shoes as a gift for my wife on 11/30/22, I returned one pair as they were too small. I exchanged the pair and was told that I should receive them by 12/05/22 by mail. Not only have I not received said shoes, when I called customer service I was told that I would be contacted by the store. Not only have I not received a call but when I called the store no one picked up the phone.

Purchased a $500 plus bag and the assistant lady scammed me. They are not reliable with their words. Very sad that something like this can happen at a reputed store like Neiman Marcus.

There's something different at Neiman Marcus Besides the absence of many of their top brands and lack of holiday crowds shopping, there's something else missing. The air of elite service.While waiting for my wife who was flipping through the racks I overheard something... something I would expect at Marshalls, but never at Neiman Marcus. A young man was buying a gift for someone important to him and asked for a box. To both his surprise and mine he was told that they had no boxes, but for $7.50 she could have whatever it was giftwrapped for him.Really? No gift boxes at Neiman Marcus...boy, have things changed.
