I used to park close to Nordstrom to get a few things before going into the mall, and they would always waive the parking for me. Apparently, now, they will not do it without opening up a Nordstrom credit card... I feel that is ridiculous. I spend a lot of money and they can't even waive the $3-$4 parking? Done coming here.

The cosmetics counter is as alluring as always and an excellent place to test before you buy. Aside from that there is nothing in here that you can't get for less somewhere else. Two out of the 3 elevators are out of service and have been for weeks. I guess they don't sell enough $200 sweaters to afford to fix it.

Very disappointed. Looking for dressy casual in petite or misses 8-10. Many items oy 1 on rack, not my size. Nobody to ask. .mostly saw jeans and midriff tops, not my style.
