Every time I go to this location I immediately regret it! Every rack has a million different items on it, very unshoppable!! This last Thursday I went to make a return, I was on line waiting for 40 minutes, 2 cashiers taking their sweet time. Then after I finish my return I walk to the back of the store to see 3 employees standing there talking, and I immediately left.
Worst experience ever!!!!

Great finds at this location, but I can’t make purchases because line is always long. I wanted to make a purchase on Wednesday, line was long. I came back Thursday at 1pm to make a purchase and the line was even longer. I’m not into waiting all day to make a purchase. They Need to bring back the floating cashier with digital check out.

I always enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack! It's a fantastic place to find very affordable prices on quality items, which is a huge plus. Beyond the great deals, what really makes the experience enjoyable is how organized the store is. It's easy to navigate, and finding what you're looking for (or stumbling upon unexpected treasures!) is a breeze. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for designer deals in a well-kept environment.

Hi,
I would never recommend anyone to visit this store. It didn’t feel safe, and there was a heavily tattooed man who scared me. I tried to tell him that my friends were waiting at the billing counter, but he didn’t allow me through and almost physically restrained me. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt racially discrimination too.Please avoid this place.

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a store. Every single employee I spoke to gave me completely different answers about their return and exchange policy, as if no one there has a clue about how things are supposed to work. To make it even worse, they outright refused to process an exchange, even though their website policy does not require a receipt for exchanges. The item was a gift, but apparently and I was not given a receipt or gift receipt. The lack of consistency, competence, and basic customer service is absolutely appalling. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
