Ellen Delasho needs to be re-educated on jewelry, customer service and Pandora’s year warranty. She spent an hour arguing with me claiming my ring was dirty. She took it to the back and cleaned it three different times. The ring was not dirty I was sold a damaged ring from Ellen herself only 4 months ago. She told me to bring my ring to a jeweler. PANDORA IS A JEWELER. Her advice to me was to put my 120$ ring in dish soap. The correct protocol was to replace damaged ring Ellen. I was so upset I returned the beautiful rose gold tiara ring I had just purchased at their store because I felt so uncomfortable. They lost a sale and a customer.

I didn't go in. But I have shopped at others. My major hang-up is how a company like this charges so much for jewelry that has no resale value. As pretty as the stuff looks, it's not worth it. Be smart and use that money to buy 10k - 18k gold jewelry. Why? Say, for instance, you hit a rough patch financially and need money quickly. If you went to a pawn shop, you'd get top dollar for your gold and laughed out the store for bringing in Pandora. Even their diamonds aren't real. They are lab created, thus making them worthless as they, too, have no resale value. Dont get me wrong. The craftsmanship that goes into making their pieces produces beautiful items, but as the saying goes, all that gliiters isn't gold.

Horrible customer service.Since we were in the area, I decided to stop in and see if I could replace my bracelet ( I previously went to another pandora several months ago but was told I wouldn’t be able to replace the bracelet but I could get a discount ).The sales rep at this location immediately said no replacement no discount. She didn’t even bother looking me up in her system, even though I’m an active customer. And this all occurred after we were initially ignored by another sales rep who took the customer who came in the store after us.

terrible experience the manager jocelyn is extremely rude and shouldn’t be managing the store some of her employees don’t even know how to properly assist a customer. I won’t be shopping at this specific pandora anymore for this exact reason as well as my family and friends who have experienced bad customer service at this store. The management at this store could be better

Terrible experience on the part of the saleswoman, she left the name because it seems terrible to me that this type of store does not teach its employees how to treat the customer in the event of any concern, if they are not class-minded before those who enter the store.

When I need it something from pandora this was the place! Not anymore! In June I got a necklace from my son for my birthday it's a little bit small ( to me I don't like it so tied) but around my birthday I had a injury in my harm I was in the house in pain for about 5 weeks still doing PT and still in pain and not having strength in my harm! So I had no time or patients to go to the store to exchange the necklace! But this week I did! The answer that I got! "You only have 30 days to exchange " I explain what happen they didn't care! They don't even have a extension for the necklace! And at the end she told me to give the necklace to somebody else! When it was a gift from my son! So this store will never see me again! Very bad service!

I have bought rings, bracelets, and charms from this location. I came in with the remains of a broken charm that had fallen off my bracelet, because I was under the assumption that the warranty would cover the damaged charm. That is their "selling point" when you buy charms. Two associates were explaining to me how the warranty would only cover the charm if I had brought in every single piece of the charm (I had brought in every single piece except for one). I was trying to get a clear answer, when this other lady just randomly walked over and started being more forceful will her answers. I was confused about the warranty, simply asking for clarification, not looking for any trouble. She had a NASTY attitude, unwelcoming demeanor, and budded into the conversation when I was already peacefully speaking with two other associates. If Im already having a constructive conversation with TWO other associates, looking at the charm book and trying to buy more product, why are you going to come over and give me an attitude? You call that customer service? I work in the luxury industry as well, and you never speak to a customer that way. I was trying to make a point how a warranty on a tire at a car dealership would cover a flat tire, simply looking for clarification on their warranty policy. She walks over and says, "well we dont sell cars here. we dont do that here," Speaking so condescending. Like I know you dont sell cars here??? if you see a potential customer interested in buying some more charms for her bracelet, looking to get one of her other charms replaced because its broken, why are you going to give them attitude? The two other associates were being very nice simply explaining to me their policy. After the clarification; I was literally going to buy more charms. I dont get it?? Change your demeanor, especially if you are in the "luxury industry." Ill be taking my business to a different Pandora location.

I spent 30 minutes of time trying to get a refund at this pandora because I was just a little over they’re return policy. The assistant manger was not understanding to my situation which was frustrating and didn’t allow my return to be processed. I was shock by they’re customer service since I always buy things from them all the time. They have the availability to process this return but they care more about they’re inventory then they do about they’re customers.

I went into the Pandora store at the Westchester Mall in White Plains today because I had a problem with one of my bracelets and an earring. I was helped by Adriana and Jocelyn (hope I spelled her name correctly lol) and these ladies were phenomenal. They provided the BEST customer service! Both were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

I experienced terrible customer service for an online order I had to pick-up. An employee with long braids threw my merchandise at me and told me to go get my order. The store made me feel disgusted and uncomfortable.

Terrible store experience. I was waiting outside on the line for at least 45 min when a woman named Ellen came up and started shutting the store down an hour before closing with 20 plus people who already knew what they wanted. Everyone in the mall wound up complaining because there is plenty of time and personnel to handle the issue. Poor management and poor people skills. Other locations let you in till 8 and beyond to help with customer service. This location doesn’t care.
