3 attempts to get my Peloton bike and never received it. 1st attempts to almost 2 months. I spoke with Peloton after the first month of waiting I canceled my order. After canceling a rep called me and offered to take. 200$ off the price of the bike and they would put a rush on it. Well another month past by and I didn't recieve a phone call or an email. I had to contact them and I canceled once again. So now they have a guarantee on their website that you will get your back in 2 weeks. Ha!!!! My 3rd attemp lasted 3 weeks before I called and canceled. Now they are having an issue with refunding me my money back.

So, Nich assisted me and my family. He had on his mask and he made sure we provided information and signed the waiver before we tried the bikes. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable of Peloton as a whole. If you go to Peloton (Westchester), make sure you ask for Nich! He can answer any question you throw his way! We are going to love our bike!

The store was very spacious and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and Nick my consultant was excellent and very attentive. Great experience.

Caroline at Peloton white plains was great, very informative, did not rush me at all for someone calling with a million questions. She helped me decide on which product was best for me and helped me complete my purchase all via telephone without even having to come in. Great support , super excited to try my product. :-)

Be extremely careful. Bike locked up at 120 cadence and Peloton admitted frame failure. I was badly injured. While very upset I was willing to give Peloton another try so I called them and they said they wouldn’t send a replacement bike for 2 months and would not be able to refund any payments from the date bike broke. Obviously dangerously irresponsible company decision that has now led to litigation. This company is growing too fast and they’re sacrificing client satisfaction in the process which will surely come back to haunt them.

I went in for an appointment at the end of July to see the bike in person. I love that they are appointment only due to the pandemic. I worked with Noel and he was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even brought out sample shoes for me to try on so I would know my size. I called back about a week later to place my order through him and it was so easy! Just received my bike this past weekend and love it! Thank you so much Noel!!
