I highly recommend Petagine's in White Plains. These guys did an amazing job on my car, at a reasonable price and a timely manner. First time using them and not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Will definitely use them again for any future fender benders. Petagine's auto bodyshop. Horrible experience for me. I advise if you go there with a nice vehicle make sure you have some sort of tracking. Because your car is liable to be stolen during their hours of operation. Beware!!!

I gave my car to Richard to fix he told me that he own that shop I paid him cash the half of the amount that he asked . He has my car for 2 weeks every days with different story ! Driving my car around likes he own it ! He made me come over to the shop today Saturday. I'm here and that man doesn't pick up my calls !. I want my car asp !

Back in 2008 the owners son Richard P aka Fatboy did some serious damage to my car instead of fixing it, also stole a remote out of my car and when I asked him about it he claimed that the Ecrodorians next door had stolen it, it ended up in court to find out it was his mother’s shop, there’s a lot more but it would take too much time, DON’T USE THIS PLACE, I forgot to mention that my car was an insurance job and they, Fatboy claimed that I had to pay cash, his name is Richard PService: Vehicle rebuilds

Don't use this shop. Terrible communication, can't get a straight answer, put 17 miles on my car in 1 day after the care was supposed to be undriveable for almost 3 weeks. Had insurance work done, and when I arrived was told it was cash only because people chargeback on their credit cards!? That only happens to companies that don't do quality work or provide bad experiences to their patrons. I had to leave, get cash, and go back to pay. They also charged me $100 more than the insurance company estimate, and buried the sales tax (kept it) into the cash price. Steer clear of this place.

We went to Petagine on a recommendation of an insurance adjuster because we had a lot of out-of-pocket expense. These guys were sympathetic to our issues and work with us to get the job done at the best price in less than the time that we needed to get the car back to the dealer for lease return. The only reason why the job was even held up is because the car dealership was missing the headliner that we needed after an airbag deployment. I can’t thank these guys enough but I hope I never have to see them again because accidents aren’t fun no matter how much you love your body shop.

This is the second time I brought one of my cars to Tony at Petagine’s. Without a doubt one of the few guys you can trust with a handshake. The office staff worked closely with the insurance company to make sure the parts came in on time and my X3 made it back to BMW in the time-frame promised even with back ordered parts. If I had any grief whatsoever, it was with BMW for not having parts in stock for such a common car.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! This place is a total scam only are in it for the money. Keep telling me all sorts of prices and raising it the price every time. And are total liars and a horrible buisness. Please don't ever take tour car here ever. Worst place ever. The guys are extremely rude. Don't waste your time go elsewhere. Safe your time and money seriously!
