  The staff there was wonderful but I had an appointment and the wait was over an hr! There are too many appointments scheduled with not enough staff help. When I arrived there were 12 appointments ahead of me on the schedule. The two staff members working were doing the best they could to keep up and were very pleasant... read full comment

  Before you go in there make an appointment or call ahead . If not! It could be a bad time if you have to provide a sample and you're ready to go . This is more of a knock on Quest and whatever vendor sets up the tests then the employees. Once in everything is seamless

  Had a 10:40 appointment. Check-in via the link texted to me was easy and straightforward. Taken back after 20 min and rep was friendly and efficient. Thanks
