AWFUL customer service. Stay away from funky, cold Medina! Clearly, she's in the WRONG LINE OF BUSINESS. She only works here a few times a month but when she does it is awful! No one else is in the office except her, so she puts a sign on the virtual check-in kiosk letting you know they're short-staffed and that walk-ins will have to wait A LONG TIME. I was there at 8:40am this morning with two other walk-ins. A patient walked out at 8:50am yet the TV monitor (which she deliberately has blasting at MAXIMUM VOLUME to keep patients away with a sign that says, "Don't touch the TV") said Currently Serving 1 Patient. I asked the other walk-ins if another patient had come in since the last patient left (maybe I missed it) and they said no. The next appointment wasn't until 9:10am. So the phlebotomist could easily have seen one if not all three of us in that time! I knocked on the door to ask how long the wait would be? Medina simply pointed to the note on the kiosk and said , "If you don't have an appointment it's going to be a while." Fortunately, I was able to make a 10:30am appointment around the corner in Valhalla where I was seen within 10min (along with 3 walk-ins there before me). The phlebotomist in Valhalla was lovely and said she's heard of similar experiences at 280 Dobbs Ferry Rd in White Plains. The phlebotomists at Quest in Mt Kisco have also said the same thing about funky, cold Medina. So the real question, Quest Senior Leadership Team, is WHY DOES MEDINA STILL HAVE A JOB HERE?

As far as I'm concerned this place could be a lot better with out the rudeness of the young lady helping.

We walked in for blood work for our daughter. But there was no one working there. There was an extremely long waitlist with no one being served, not even those with appointments.

I am a walk-in. So I understand that I will have to wait. However, after waiting an hour I simply asked the women who comes out the door and screams out names, if she had an idea of when I might been seen. Her response? She points to flyer and walks away. Wow. Can’t even speak to me. Points to flyer that says they are short staffed. What would have been good customer service would have been to talk to me and answer my question. Won’t be coming here again…just stuck here for now. No idea if I’m here for another 5 mins or another 60. Terrible customer service.

With an appointment, you’re in & out which is great! Giving three starts only because my blood draw was horrible. She got it on 1st try but I was left with a huge hematoma, most likely wrong needle size but it hurt bad for a couple days after.

My 4 year old son had bloodwork done here for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The nurse was beyond personable and made me son feel so comfortable he didn’t even cry. Stay away from lab corp - came here after a terrible experience with them down the block.

Very pleasant experience. I made an appointment ahead of time and was seen a few minutes later.

All I want is a fax number for quest on Dobbs ferry road so that my doctor can send you the prescription for a blood test

Walked in at 8:20am without an appointment and was out by 9 (even though the walk-in appointment was for 9:20), even with difficulties on both paperwork and the blood draw. Annette was professional and took care of everything.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived for my 8:30am, they told me that since FedEx has a 4 hour window, and they close at 12pm that day, they couldn't do my bloodwork. I had fasted and taken off work to be there. Why make appointments for times that you can't possibly provide any kind of service?
