Cannot say enough good things about this shop. We renovated two bathrooms at once, visited all the big name tile shops and none of them could compare with the quality, knowledge, and service we found at Sam’s. Thanks to the support and guidance of Bill and Carmine, both rooms turned out beautifully. If you need tile, save yourself a headache and just go to Sam’s Ceramic.

This review is long overdue. My partner and I visited over a year ago and were in search of a very specific tile/color that was discontinued. The communication and kindness was exceptional and we get some great ideas/advice for a future project.

Carmine is the best!!!! He was soooo helpful and knowledgeable. Gave really great recommendations and our visit was quick and easy overall. The store is easy to get to and is stocked!!! Highly recommend. We came to get bathroom wall and floor tiles and kitchen cabinets and backsplash and he helped us stay within our budget. Really helpful!

Carmine and his team were knowledgeable and very helpful when we visited the store to pick our tiles. We felt very comfortable with the decisions that we made (as this was our first time remodeling a bathroom)They were extremely efficient! We received the tiles very shortly after they were ordered. When a last minute item was needed they ordered and delivered very quickly.We highly recommend Sam's Ceramic and will absolutely go back to them again for any future remodeling needs!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this store. Being inexperienced when it comes to tile and stone (as I would assume most of us non-contractors are) I found Carmine to be extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help me work through my bathroom renovation project. He helped me pick the right tiles and communication was excellent with both me and my contractor. I really felt great about my finished renovation and Sam's played a part in that for sure.

As a rookie who wanted to renovate my kitchen but knew nothing about how to do it, I headed to this place hoping to find some tiles. These guys helped me understand what and how much I need to buy, and taught me from zero how to DIY. Thanks to them I have a wonderfully bright kitchen.

Sam's Tile of White Plains is the best tile store around. They have a huge selection and every type of tile you could want at great prices. Carmine is extremely knowledgeable and listens to his customers to help them find exactly what they want. He helped us find the perfect tile for every room. We have been going there for years and have now used Sam's Tile for 6 bathrooms and 2 kitchens in our last 2 homes. We couldn’t be happier and we always get compliments from our guests on how gorgeous our tile is.

What hubs and I truly wanted to do was bring a fresh look to our galley kitchen floor without having to renovate the entire space. But, we found out our old laminate flooring was buckling due to a slow dishwasher leak, had to be repaired badly. The floor led to other problems and those problems led to a gut job. Let's talk about tiles. Sam's is small but has a lot of merchandise to choose from. Carmine (owner?) was all ears when we selected brand new Subway tiles for our new job plus he gave us some aesthetic advice (thank you Carmine, but we have a style already). One of the things hubs and I appreciated the most was that even when we questioned him about whether or not we should get an extra box of floor tiles to add to our existing 7 boxes we'd purchased back in April '21, for that "just in case" moment, Carmine wasn't hard-selling us into buying another case of tiles. Nothing but nice things to write about. And may I mention, Carmine was awesome.

Recently renovated our master Bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s my own oasis! Thanks to Carmine from Sam’s who was patient with me and presented some great tiles and flooring. Long story short I was in the store 3xs before making my selection, but Carmine was very helpful and understanding every step of the way. He matched tiles & flooring so I can have an idea.His expertise and understanding can’t go unnoticed! Which is why I’m leaving this review

Purchased my first home and was not familiar with the world of flooring, countertops and tiles. Met with Carmine and Bill who walked me through everything from styles to pricing to installation. Excellent communication and very professional throughout the entire process. Their pricing was great for quality materials and my kitchen came perfect. I sincerely couldn't recommend them highly enough.
