The teachers are professional, caring, creative, and incredibly supportive. They create a warm environment where children feel happy, confident, and excited to learn.
The program does an excellent job preparing children for kindergarten. Our kids learned all the skills they needed before starting school while also spending plenty of time outdoors exploring nature, playing, and even gardening.
The twice-yearly concerts are always a highlight, giving the children a chance to proudly perform for their families.
We are so grateful for the love, care, and education our children received.”

“Wonderful staff and program! We attended only one year of their summer camp but it was truly wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming. They made sure got plenty of outside time and set up a really fun and memorable time for the kids. The building is set up like a little school so its really wonderful for kids to get an idea of what it will be like once they move on to kindergarten. The preschool years are so special so you want to make sure your kids go to a place where they are understood and work with where they are while being encouraged to grow. This is one of those places. The staff was beyond understanding when I had an emergency and realized I would not be able to pick up my kid on time. It was such a blessing to have her in a safe place while I handled it. The after-school programming is a wonderful extra touch as well.”

“My two sons attended daycare here for two years, even through the height of the pandemic. They stayed open and followed all the safety protocols, which was such a comfort in a hectic time. Ms. Hope was always so loving and caring with our two boys. They were always happy to come and happy at pick-up time.”

“My daughter has been attending TLE White Plains since she was 5 months, she is now 2 years old and she has learned so much along the way. I love the everyday activities that TLE does for our little ones, specially during the summer! They do water play and my daughter just loves it. She has grown so much over the years, she has even learned the ABCs, and all the songs they sing at school, she also learned how to count from 1-10 in english and spanish. I cant wait to see what more she will learn from them. ❤️ The teacher are just so loving and caring, once you come in everyone greets you and your little one, its just the sweetest. “This is a good public school that has excellent facilities and is financed well. The student body is majority minority, so while overall test scores won't be as high as places like Scarsdale or Rye, smart kids of any income group can shine. “My son has thrived at ECNS. The staff are so compassionate, nurturing and patient, and the outdoor space is great. Special programming like music, soccer, nature and yoga as well as lunch club and cooking classes have really enriched the gentle play-based learning. I highly recommend this nursery school.”

The staff are truly amazing—compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of each child. One of the things that stood out most to me was the consistency in staffing. Over the two years we were there, I saw the same dedicated team every day, with only one or two new faces. That kind of stability creates a safe and comforting environment for the children. I'm incredibly grateful for the love and care they showed my son, and I’m excited to be sending my younger son there soon as well. I know he’ll be in great hands.”

It was the right decision, we love it here so much. The teachers Imani and Leah are all like a family and their consistency and long term presence makes it a great place.”

“This is my favorite place in the whole world! I went to camp and school here and my mother worked in the nurses office and my brother was a camp counselor. The drama department is outstanding and I dream about the food to this day. I hope to return again someday and bring my kiddo to the fun!”
