Unprofessional customer service. BIANCA was rude. Appeared bothered from just asking to see jewerly that was purchased. I’m not no karen, but she was giving MISERABLE. Very unpleasant sales experience :( Very cute jewelry though.

As we walked in, staff wasn’t even looking at us. Too busy on her phone. When we asked if there is a pendant or charm, all she said was “no”. Nothing else. My wife had the charm she bought here but lost it and that’s why we came. Didn’t even care to find out what we were looking for.

Wonderful staff, very personable and great customer service! Staff is very knowledgeable about their merchandise. I love the ornament I bought as a gift for my friend and I plan to return for the earrings I want to get for myself. Thank you for all your help and hospitality. See you soon!

I like their styles however, will not return to this store in particular. Shopped here in May 2019 and bought several items (translate several hundred dollars). The sales woman was pleasant but as I said I bought several items for college graduation, etc gifts. Fast forward to February 2020 when we brought in one of the bracelets which had broken. Staff was nasty with a pretty much that's tough attitude but we can't do anything for you. We insisted that it be checked by Swarovski. The salesperson came back and said it turns out it was under warranty which we had thought (a good thing, right?). A few weeks later we get a call saying the item is ready. We are still thing it's a good thing. When we went to pick it up they said it wasn't fixed. When we said that should have been communicated on the phone call, the salesperson said basically too bad - they just call that they have the item they do not have to say anything else. This salesperson who was quite nasty when she relayed this was the same person who was charming when she sold me the items. I wish I could recall her name but I do have her employee # 08122327. When we left the store we went to a local jeweler who said right away he could fix it easily but also commented why couldn't Swarovski fix their own product! Never going back. Had much better customer service at the Outlet up at Woodbury Commons.

I shop at Swarovski a lot. My mom and I like their designs. On Sunday 10/28/2018 I was in the store in The Westchester mall, shopping for earrings. The staff harassed us at every move when we went close to an open display. We were interested in purchasing earring on this day and was not sure if our selections would look good with certain outfits we had in mind. The staff told us earrings are final sale which is not true. I confirmed with with headquarters. I'm filing a complaint against this store. I wish I captured the behavior on video. That behavior is unprofessional and classless.

Avoid Swarovski stores. They over-package their products, and then require you to have every scrap if you want to return it. Lose a piece of cardboard, and you're stuck. What a sleazy scam!
