Terrible service. I would recommend another carrier I tried to return a new phone. Not helpful at all. Most store representatives standing around idol, while there was waiting customers needing assistance.

I waited so long, wasted my lunch hour there, only three people working. Maybe i should either go to the one in hartsdale. Not happy.

Was sorry to see the Greenburgh store had closed as I had always gotten good service there. However, went to the White Plains store as my son & I had a few issues. He needed a new case for his phone, but it was an older model which the store didn't carry. However, Isai was very nice to suggest where we could get a replacement case for his phone. I, on the other hand, had an issue with my phone where the on/off button no longer seemed to work & I could only get access into my phone if someone called me. Expecting to be told I might need to get a new phone, Isai told me about how I could increase the sensitivity of the touch screen to get it to open up & he then set it up for me. He was certainly very customer service oriented & made our experience at the White Plains T-Mobile store an excellent one!

I had to go into this store two days in a row because I lost my iPhone. Each day, the customer care that I received was outstanding. On Friday, it was Carlos and on Saturday, it was Davon. Each of them was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The store was quite busy each time, and the staff was doing their absolute best to take care of everyone who needed help.

Arrived at this location because I was unable to get the help I needed from customer service. Upon arrival and checking in we are told it would be over an hour wait. As we sit and wait for our turn there is an employee just walking around instead of helping customers get out of the store sooner.

If I could give this T-Mobile zero stars I would. I came here on Sunday with my boyfriend because his phone wasn't working. We arrived around 3:30 and left at 5:15... it was insanity. When we first arrived the manager (whose name I did not catch but wish I did because he was horrible) said the wait would be 10 minutes. We did not get help until over an hour of sitting there. Then our technician, Anthony, finally came over to help us but could not help - he ended up needing to get his manager to help. Then, every time the manager or Anthony walked away they would bump us down in the queue. For example, we had to make a quick call about the phone and both employees would leave us and then come back 20 minutes later because our 1 minute phone call would give up our spot. Right in the middle of helping us, the manager sent Anthony on his break - to which we had to wait for another free employee to come help us. Bottom line, this is a poorly managed store. There should be no reason why we were there for almost 2 hours when a majority of that time was spent sitting there for help.

Over 2 days, the staff was extremely helpful while trying to assist in replacing a lost phone. They were very thorough and did everything they could to get us together. Everyone was professional, patient and polite!

I bought many phones in that store . The woman Manager from the Dominican Rep was the one who helped me the following day she is going on vacation that she messed up my plan she is no longer paying attention to what she is doing that I have to call the corporate office to straighten up my plan...if you want good service ask for Gabey expert to t mobile - too bad she is not the manager ask for her or anyone but her

Horrible service will not recommend anybody going there to get anything at all they all stood around looking at you as if you don't exist. I had to go up and ask for help however at that point I walked out and they lost a customer that was looking to open new account with several lines.

The Spanish store representative in the White Plains store told my African American daughter she could not upgrade because we have a remaining balance that comes out on 3/15. I called T-Mobile via phone and I was told that was not the case. The representative on the phone spoke with the representative and another store rep in the store. Th Spanish young lady said she told my daughter that because it has happen before where the upgrade does not go through. So she assumed that it wouldn’t go through for my African American daughter ??♀️ She knew she was wrong because she spoke very low on the phone and another rep in store came on the phone being aggressive to the phone rep. I’m very disappointed with this store!!! Just because you are in a certain area, you should not treat people wrong because of the color of their skin.Crazy how after I made a complaint, my promotion on one of my lines becomes not eligible anymore. That don’t make no sense how petty people can be!

Spent almost 10 hours at the store! Opened a business account for four phones and doing so had to cancel my service with previous carrier to be able to port numbers. I needed my phones and could not leave until I had them. They were not able to get it together and I had to wait and wait and wait for them to fix problems on their end. finally worked out the issues I thought. Now my bill is about $130 over what it should be. I went back to the store to fix the over charging of my bill won’t be there for a few days. As of now I am waiting for a callback from the manager to see if they indeed are capable of fixing the issue. Once resolved I will never be going back to that store again. The service for T-Mobile is good but do not go to this store.Update: over charging has not yet been rectified. Have been back to store and td that it is now out of their hands and to contact corporate. I’ve had multiple conversations with Joe Lopez from corporate for over a month. Joe has been very responsive and I do believe he is trying to do what he can. I have called corporate care (611) and have waited to speak to someone for over an hour and still nothing.At this point I want to figure out how to return devices and terminate services. I don’t know why this is so difficult. All i want is what I was told I would be getting for my money. Customer should not have to pay for an employee’s incompetence. I really regret ever walking into that store!! I will continue to update my situation.

Their service was phenomenal! Greeted as soon as I walked through the door and the process was pleasant from start to finish. Left with a new internet connection ?
