Zero stars for terrible service! Spending over 100k on a Tesla will always be one of my biggest mistakes in life. Both motors failed just after 3 years and after getting my car back from White Plains service it still isn’t working properly. The communication and service was just awful. Save your money and go buy a German car.

I visited this location specifically for a test drive, as it serves as a service center and test drive facility. The nearest sales showroom is reportedly in Mt. Kisco, as my representative informed me. After receiving a few helpful tips, I was handed the card key for the Model Y Long Range. This marked my first time driving any Tesla, and the experience was predominantly contactless. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment online to scanning my driver's license and signing the waiver agreement, was seamless. Notably, there wasn't a Tesla representative accompanying me during the test drive, allowing for a more independent experience. The option to bring up to three guests along was a plus, and the allotted 30 minutes provided ample time to experience the vehicle. Here's my breakdown of the Model Y Long Range:- Comfort/Space: 4/5- Performance: 5/5- Tech/Sound: 5/5- Range: 4.5/5Despite my height (6'7"), I found the driver's seat remarkably comfortable. While space was somewhat limited behind me, the overall car interior offered ample room for other passengers. The 30-minute test drive flew by, leaving me thoroughly impressed with this amazing vehicle. It will take a longer rental time or for me to purchase the vehicle to truly get the full feel and scope of the vehicle. I highly recommend this smooth and efficient test drive experience.

Was told to remove my non-Tesla car from the front of the dealership. Moments later another customer with a Toyota parked in my spot after I was forced to move my vehicle, and was permitted to stay in this spot.I scheduled a 1pm test drive but was made to wait until 1:40 while a well dressed gentleman who arrived after me took my time slot. I finally just left when it was obvious that I would not be treated with basic respect.

Made my warped hood worse and said it was all within spec even though I haven't even owned the car a month

I stopped by to get a $35 plug for a screw in my tire, but I ended up leaving with a credit card charge of $130. What's worse, there was no estimate provided, no approval sought for the estimate, and I wasn't even given the option to review the bill before they charged my card. To add insult to injury, when I went back to my car, I discovered that they had damaged my brand new rim, which now requires repainting.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Travis our sales rep. was informative, friendly and easy to reach with any questions or concerns. My experience was so easy and different from any other dealerships I have bought cars from.

My husband's Tesla 3 has been at the 250 Tarrytown Road location for a week and a half to fix a malfunctioning front restraint system. They called yesterday to raise the cost of repairing this issue again. BTW, when you Google the issue it seems like a common occurrence. (That's a separate concern over the quality of the "safest car ever built".) Time for a recall? My husband was provided with a red Tesla S. It stinks. Literally. Everyone piles into my tiny Mini to avoid the smelly car. This is the second time that this car has been held hostage for an extended period of time. The first in Mt. Kisco and now here. WHERE IS THE CAR?WHY ARE YOU CHARGING EXORBITANT FEES FOR A COMMONLY KNOWN TESLA PROBLEM?HELP!

Made test driving the car really simple/easy and explained any questions- all without trying to pressure us to buy a car. 6 stars if I could

Had a great experience. My case was unusual because it was a company car. I needed flexibility to diagnose and fix 2 things that were driving me bonkers. Justice diagnosed it correctly from a short conversation and offered quick scheduling. My company was paying so the manager Raphaella “Rafa” had to make it happen behind the scenes. Everyone was really nice even though they were busy.

This Tesla service center provides top level service. Coming from BMW service for more than a decade I was very apprehensive about Tesla service.Tesla service is different from BMW, Mercedes, etc. you can only get service from the app which is really different. At first it’s seems like the person you are messaging is an AI (honestly it might be, but I digress). Even if there is an AI in your initial conversation, you quickly learn there is a local person looking into your issue. At this point you might be unsure “why are they asking me to go to the car, press/hold a button and speak “bug report””?20 minutes later your service representative is telling you to bring the car in today/tomorrow.It’s always unclear if you will get a loaner or $100 in Uber credits, but you know they are trying to put you in a temp M3.Then your car is repaired; this is going to be a new change from BMW service. You simply get a message “your service is complete, service notes available by clicking this link. Please park the loaner in the lot, drop the fob in the slot, find your car and drive away”It’s actually jarring at first, but you quickly realize the efficiency of the service. The service provided at this repair center is different, but excellent. Learn how to use the bug report where the computer sends them all the errors, take photos of the issue and put them in the service request.

Can not recommend this service center. 1) Took a full month to diagnose and fix my CAN circuit issues. 2) Damaged my car while in their possession. 3) Ripped up my cable runs for my dash cam because they didn't want to get recorded. What monster does that? All you had to do was unplug the 12v (cigarette lighter plug).

My wife and I were considering buying a Tesla but after visiting this dealership are no longer! First there's no place for customers to park as the lot is filled with Teslas but not new ones, they seem to be employees or customers Teslas in for service. There is no obvious front entrance, just a bunch of doors that are locked. When we found the main entrance behind the door was a big empty room... what the ....? No new showroom cars at all just an empty cold concrete floor room with barely any furniture or employees. Now you would think there would be someone working at this dealership to sell you a car or show you around... no, they only had 2 employees working today, one on service who didn't want to acknowledge your presence in this room, and another outside walking around the parking lot telling people move here move there don't park here close your doors etc. but too busy to help you look at new Teslas! Worst experience ever buying a new car and this is why we won't be buying a Tesla after this!

This place is just a service hub for Tesla. They didn’t provide me much help to be honest. They said they emailed the other location had to drive up to speak with an actual person
