Appalling at how corporate allows this particular location to allow its employees to be so nasty and condescending to it's customers. I'm a huge fan of T&Co. and have always thought the customer service was top notch and it is, EXCEPT at this location. Three times I've had to come here and each time they were so obnoxiously rude, not just unhelpful, think as rude as the sales lady in Pretty Woman. Utterly disgusted.

Was gifted a glass cake platter purchased from Tiffany & co by a family member. Had it stored in closet and had never taken it out of the box for years. During this time, the box had gotten crushed by inadvertently stacking heavy books on top. Went to Tiffany at The Westchester Mall and showed them the platter and damaged box and asked for a replacement box so I could regift it.. I was met by two nasty, rude, pretentious sales people, who tried to question the legitimacy of the purchase, and refused to offer a new box. I explained the story as described here, and insisted that I receive a new box in order to regift it and they finally went into the back and brought me out a box that was definitely used and looked like it had water damaged and told me that this was the best they would offer me… I am shocked at the attitude and customer service. Never will I consider purchasing anything at this store.

After getting a pair of earrings as a gift I decided to send them out to get screw backs put on (I thought it was odd that wasn't what they came with considering the price of their earrings and the fact that they are real diamonds). There was a $300 charge to do this despite the fact we had just purchased the earrings. When I got the earrings back the screws on the posts were on crooked and they were so dull and thick I could not even get them in my ears. We brought them back to see what we could do. The first saleswoman we had whose name I cannot remember had such an attitude when we told her our problem. She basically insisted that I had worn the earrings and messed up the posts myself. I had not worn these earrings once besides to try them on the night my husband gave themto me. They went right back to the store to get sent out and when I got them back they were not wearable so this theory was impossible. To deal with our situation we were given the manager Lauren. She was extremely unfriendly and stuck up right off the bat. She informed us we could only pay to have them sent out again and the regular posts put back on as we could not return them. We would not pay for another lousy repair job. I decided I had no choice but to keep the earrings. My husband asked what was going to be done about the $300 charge we had paid to repair the original earrings considering they could not be worn and the repair job was clearly done terribly. We then were challenged and asked where they were crooked, to which all you had to do was hold the earring up and see the diamond itself completely off center on the post. The manager and saleswoman refused to admit they could see they were crooked. The manager was adamant that she could not refund us the cost of the repair. My husband pointed out what terrible service it was that we were receiving to which we basically got an "oh well". After not backing down she offered us a new pair of earrings with the original backs. How that makes more sense financially for them then giving us $300 back is beyond me but we will never shop at Tiffany's again. Lousy product, lousy "manager".

The Tiffany brand itself had gone downhill. They are selling the name more than quality. Then on the stuff they have a name for, example, the charm bracelet. They discontinue any milestone charm they carried rendering their charm bracelet useless. Better off going to a real jewelry store and getting what you pay for. Their silver tarnished and scratches easier than any other silver I have. Sorry and sad your blowing it Tiffany.

A nice place to get ornaments with exclusive designs. A lot of variety available and staff members are very co-operative.

I've read a few reviews but I personally would have to say that this was my 1st experience with Tiffany in W.P.'s. It was the best ,completely, all the way around. I would go back and also recommend this store to everyone. The sales person C. Swartz was absolutely great in every aspect possible ?, seriously!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and at home. The best part about the staff here is whether you’re shopping with intent or just browsing, they offer suggestions and help without being pushy. We’ve gotten jewelry and home accessories here. Tiffany & Co is timeless and if your wife is doing the shopping, the chairs are comfy!

I am a 25 years old women I walked in to Tiffany expecting to have a good time and having nice employment except one of the worker there took a notice at my necklace I had on that was made by my child and wanted to make a comment on it she said and I quote “oh came to get a necklace and what have you got there, a Lego necklace?”. The way she said it and looked at me up and down while saying it was very rude and disrespectful I have never been shown that much amount of disrespect. I wanted to just go out and have a good time but I couldn’t because I worker had judged me for what I had on. I don’t think another person should experience what I had experience.

A delightful store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. I have always loved shopping at Tiffany & Co as they cater for every occasion and need, you’ll ever have. The store is beautiful, and my sales consultant, Diane Hoody was perfect. I highly recommend her and her store.

You always get treated like your buying a huge diamond at Tiffany. Went in to pick up a small item and they brought you sparkling water on a tray
