while all the comments about Aaron may be great, I HIGHLY disagree. I’ve never felt so judged by someone before even barely making it into the store. Eyeing someone down and proceeding to make a face is disturbing and childish behavior. Asked for an item in my size and was told no size was had which is okay however no other solution was offered. Wasn’t until I was making my purchase using my credit card that Aaron seemed to want to demonstrate some decency in his customer service by finally adding a solution to the item I had inquired prior to making my purchase. Item was definitely returned & am never doing business here.

This was my first time at this location. Aaron was very professional, informative, helpful, polite and efficient at checkout. All my items were carefully inspected and placed in the bag. Please bring your store to Victor, NY!

I reached out to Tory Burch's website today to inquire about an outlet-style bag, and Aaron from the White Plains location assisted me. He was incredibly helpful—not only did he promptly check inventory across stores, but his enthusiasm made the whole process effortless. Thanks to him, I found and purchased my dream bag! Aaron truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for his kindness. Highly recommend this store and his service!

I called to place an order. So let me start by giving a huge shout out to Aaron at the Westchester store in NY!!! His customer service skills were on point plus he knew his job.....like he knew those bags just by me mentioning the name(did not need any of the style numbers!!) He also knew the colors off the top of his head....wowww. He was able to quickly suggest others that were similar styles when what I had mentioned was out of stock!!! He worked hard on fulfilling my order when server ran slow and gave me all details on shipping. I received my order the next day!!! I wish we had these kind of managers, asst managers and associates working in retail everywhere. You, Aaron, are my person? lolSadly i called another store(not in NY) for what he didnt have but altho they gave me info were not as enthusiastic to help.

I walked into this store because I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of sandals. When I walked into the store I was treated very poorly by the sales associate Venera Kelmendi. She was rude and had an attitude with me. I just wanted to ask her for the sandals in my size so I could try them on. After I told her I would take the sandals, that’s when she started acting kinder. I then realized she thought I wouldn’t be able to afford anything in the store and thought I was wasting her time. I was being profiled based on my looks and my skin color. It’s such a shame that these are the employees that Tory Burch hires. After this experience I called client services several times to report this, but no one ever answered the phone. I also called the store itself to speak with the manager but the manager never came to the store I only spoke with an employee who told me they would relay the message over. I never got a call following up about this. It seems Tory Burch does not care about her clients. I will never shop here again and if you are of a person of color I urge you not to shop at this store either.
