“Look, no one likes having to use body repair services for an accident. When we were rear ended on Labor Day, we had the car towed to RJT. Despite no advanced notice or information, they accepted the car and the next morning we were able to start coordination with the insurance company and them. They handled all those aspects normal folks don't know - coordination with insurance inspections, estimates and supplementals etc. When I would call for status updates, John always knew off the top of his head the status, what parts were still waiting on delivery, what they were working on next. It made it feel professional, like your car mattered. Even when we were delayed due to a backordered part, they were clear and honest with their time estimates, explaining whether the part was on its way or not, and how long it would take once it arrived. And they were proactive about procuring the part -- I never felt like I needed to step in and call the manufacturer myself. Front of house was friendly, never got annoyed by me calling for updates or stopping by if I was in the area. Quality on receiving the car back was excellent, there were no ways to tell it was a rebuilt rear bumper area. I hope I never need to use you for body repair again, but if I do, I'll give you my business again.”
