My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience- the ambience, service, and food was truly outstanding. I had the carbonara and my wife had the steak, and we got the pizza and stuffed olives for appetizers. Every bite was better than the next, and the whole ride back to NJ was us planning a return trip with our parents. When we thought we were done, we couldn’t resist getting the tiramisu and Bomboloni for dessert- wow!! Please treat yourself to a fantastic dinner at TVB by:Pax Romana.

Tasty drinks, salad, pasta, dessert. Friendly staff, concerned about our experience. The Caio e Pepe was surprisingly too peppery. Fun but relaxed

I’ve been coming here for years, and I definitely love this place. However, the past few times I’ve been here, I’ve ordered the Chicken Parm. The chicken is sliced way too thin guys. If all I’m eating is breading and cheese, what’s the point. I’ve been ordering this meal for years, and I know you used to provide a more substantial cut of chicken. I don’t why that was changed. It’s so thin now, the chicken is dried out when cooked and becomes difficult to cut. If you’re charging $28 for Chicken Parm, this really needs to be fixed. No Italian Restaurant worth its salt would ever put paper thin Chicken Parm on a plate.

Love this place. The owner Paul, makes me feel like I’m at home. Not to mention, the best crema in town.

Perfectly nice location, great staff. Food is OK. I struggled with calling this a 3 star review, it can easily be a 4 based on staff or ambience and even when I think back on it now, I really just didn't enjoy the food. I tried the stuffed olives which sounded interesting but just didn't agree with my palate. The food was very very standard. I walked out of that meal comparing it to anything I can make in my own home and thats where it lost me. Nothing struck me as something that was far and away above anything else widely available or something that I can make myself. Overall, happy to that went and tried it. I don't think I'll be returning but DO RECOMMEND that others try it out to see what they think as well.

Okay I’m not normally a hater but when I call 10x times you better answer I understand if you’re busy but If I come to the restaurant and not one employee was busy it shouldn’t been a problem because I work in the area calling ahead is suppose to make things convenient so it made no sense but as soon as I order ravioli that basically came out to $50 for 2 I want some bread, cheese, I want my pasta hot! Not cold where I gotta warn it up before eating because it tastes RAW it was cold!!! and no utensils like u failed me because I was looking forward to some good pasta I only give two stars because there chocolate Nutella donut is fire but please fix this though. Also I’m really concern about the reviews because someone said they found a bug in there food

I am scratching my head how the restaurant is on Michelin guide…. The food is so average and far from authentic Italian. Spaghetti Vongole I had was more like watery bland clams soup. Very disappointed with the food.

The atmosphere is great, the food is horrible, pasta was overcooked, the chicken tasted as if it was cooked previously and reheated, and pizza had no taste. Really disappointing.

I was not impressed by their pasta and sauce tasted watery and canned with no flavor. Better off getting at pizzeria. The eggplant was like a layered lasagna which looked interesting but lacked flavor. Again must be the sauce. The chicken cutlet was very thin slices which is fine if they have more for the money spent. That was about $1 worth of chicken. The best part of the menu was the dessert. The tiramisu and the bombolini which is a fried donut with either either nutella or cannoli creme. So damn delicious. It could have been an off night. I have also heard that the original chef left and it has changed since then. Will be back for dessert.

Two words to describe our experience tonight - Extremely Disappointed. How this is included in the Michelin reviews as even a Mention is hard to understand. We are from Stamford and eat out often and for our 38 year anniversary thought we would do something different. The night started okay with a nice bottle of Chardonnay, but then quickly fell of the cliff. For appetizers we ordered the Meat stuffed Olives and Meatballs. The olives were uneatable. The only thing you could taste was salt, no olive and no meat. We sent half the order back. The meatballs were okay, fairly ordinary, and in retrospect the best thing we had all night. For entrees we ordered Chicken Parmigiana and the Bronzino.. Both dishes were overcooked. The Bronzino came with baby carrots, baby zucchini and a few potatoes. The fish was dry, tasteless with little to no sauce. For the most expensive item on the menu, very disappointing. The chicken was also dry and hard, as if it was made earlier in the week and reheated. I was hoping for something special to celebrate our 38 years of love, but unfortunately was let down by the Michelin mention and the food at this restaurant.

We came for our 2 Year Anniversary with great expectations after some recommendations for this restaurant. We were seated quickly and felt the nice ambiance with the right touch of coziness where we were seated. We'd been told there were two items we just had to try: Chicken Parmigiana & Eggplant Parmigiana. We immediately noticed that the place was a bit...warm. While we fully expected cool air after coming in from the unusually warm September night, it was warm to say the least. Our Server was nice and helpful with the menu questions we had. The food arrived but not before a basket of a couple slices of bread and warm olive oil (seasoned) to top it. The chicken parmigiana looked good under its blanket of melted cheese but the chicken itself was a touch burnt to the taste and in some areas the breading was blackened. The eggplant parmigiana was more akin to a lasagna than traditional parmigiana. Both dishes required a little more seasoning, namely a touch more salt and black pepper for sure. After requesting some crushed red pepper and grated parmigiana cheese it upped the flavor profile of both. To do it all again, I'd have gone all eggplant knowing it's presented in a different way than usual places do it. The tomato sauce was somewhat bland on the pasta side but moved up a notch with the added extra red pepper flakes. The spaghetti was a little over cooked for my taste, rather chewy. Skip through to the dessert...I went with the tiramisu and it was OUTSTANDING to say the least! Lisa went with the bomboloni with the cannoli cream...WOW!!!! Definitely add dessert to your meal because it's so worth it! Nice local place and we're looking forward to returning to try their other dishes and the pizza. My only gripe was needing to ask for more water...small I know but I love water to follow a rich dessert.
