Paul the boxing instructor is top notch , can't say enough good things about him. He's amazing with my daughter. He is knowledgeable, patient,passionate, & great vibe. I would highly recommend. Also Nate at the front desk is so very personable and kind.

Very rude instructors that use social media to harass people. Did not have the best experience with Coach Paul Errante. I would not recommend him for personal training.

I am leaning from the Business Bureau that this gym has a lot of issues with billing. Myself and a friend have been trying for over two weeks to get in contact with the manager and get refund for the two charges to our accounts AFTER we put in our cancellation notices. That is sad since my son -who is the member- actually likes this gym and we for sure had plans to come back. Instead Im wasting my time filing claims against them.

Wish I found this place as soon as we moved to WP. The youth program for kids kickboxing and jujitsu is exactly what my active kid needed. The instructors handle the kids well and they have a really cool group of kids. No bullying and very supportive. My kid can’t wait to go after school. Clean and organized establishment. Here is your sign to sign up your kid for a fun after school program! Plus it’s not expensive at all! Huge plus! Went in for a free trial and was convinced almost immediately that this is what we wanted. Thank you to the staff for making my son feel welcomed and comfortable ?? I look forward to the skills, confidence and growth he will obtain from training here ??

All in all this ufc gym is a good place for an intense workout . I go there to improve my fitness goals, and I find it helpful. This gym helps me build tough skin and a desire to be better and get stronger. Anyone can go, remember everyone has to start somewhere and if you give the workouts your all and pass your limits consistently, you will be amazed with all that you can accomplish. Focus is key

I took a trail class and the trainer kept flirting with the younger girls/women who were taking the class as well. One girl looked like she was still in high school. I could tell they were really uncomfortable even though they were laughing it off. I should have said something but walked out instead. Weird ambience and very unprofessional.

I was a member of UFC for over 2 years prior to the coronavirus, and I worked out here multiple times a week- mostly the boxing and kickboxing classes and some personal training/kickboxing lessons. Most of the trainers here are great and will give you a high energy and effective workout, all with slightly different styles and focuses. I think DJ, Dante, Josh, both Pauls, and Michelle are some of the best. Also Rich, the GM, is helpful, responsive, and knowledgable, and works very hard to keep the gym in great shape and members happy. Highly recommend, especially for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, or self-defense classes and training!
