It must be under the different management now, the tall and older guy wanted to charge me for taking up the box because it costs them to buy tapes. Wouldn't it be a cost of running business? They never charge it before.

Great costumer service in the store the guy with afro and the guy at the door greeting the costumers, literally make my day better also they were efficient making the wait time shorter recomended 100%

All of the 5 star reviews are accurate.
Great customer service, a fantastic example of how to earn repeat customers. There are other UPS stores closer to me, but I used this one because of the good reviews. I am happy I did.
