I transferred my service to US mobile and they had some difficulties transferring and let me WITH OUT SERVICE FOR 48 HOURS! How crazy is a company how takes a line and till it activates it let's you with out service!So not worth the discount they are offering.If you wish rude customer service and not assistance dothe change

Leave Mint Mobile for US Mobile. I am So happy I did it. I was with Mint Mobile until they increased their international roaming under new owners T-mobile. Forced to switch providers while overseas… US Mobile was able to get my e-sim activated while in New Zealand within a day. Amazing. Mobile data roaming service is excellent and cheap!!! Coverage is amazing. I am saving so much money! Thank you US Mobile… I don’t know how you do it… but I am never leaving. Don’t hesitate if overseas… although choose GSM is needing activation overseas (you can request a switch back to Warp network when back in US if needed).

I had a plan for 7.50 a month I snoozed the line when I came back to wake it that plan was gone and its now $10 no place does it say that when you come back you'll have to choose a new plan I would never snoozed the line if i would know that when you snooze you loose!

I have been using them and dragged all my family to Usmobile. Honestly some brands Ia m in love with even though Usmobile hasn’t invented fire they took customer service, pricing, perks and user interface of their web app/phone app to the next level.I would love to work with a company that I love using… I will apply :)

Actually I was there for a business meeting,As we're doing business together,But US Mobile in general is a one of the kind service provider,Customer service and customer satisfaction is the top priority there as no one else!!!!!!

They just couldn’t get the service yo work on my phone consistently. The service would keep getting disconnected. After 5 hours over 4 attempts at troubleshooting I gave up!

Ditched verison because i had all sorts of trouble not to mention ridiculous expensive and there is no customer service. So far I am amazed with the customer service and it's fast, us mobil is under verison so werever there is verison service there is us mobil service

I purchased an iPhone 12 from US Mobile. Although the phone is not supposed to be carrier-locked, it is. Consequently, I am unable to use the phone with my Swiss SIM when I am in Switzerland on vacation.I have asked US Mobile customer support three times to clear the carrier lock. Each time, the customer support representative tells me that he or she is escalating my request to their logistics team and assures me that I should hear from US Mobile soon. However, I never hear from US Mobile about my request to clear the carrier lock.Because the phone indicates that Verizon is the carrier, I visited a Verizon store to ask if Verizon would clear the carrier lock. A Verizon representative informed me that Verizon unlocks its customers' phones automatically after three months and that he therefore does not even have a form for requesting that a phone's carrier lock be cleared. He advised me to ask US Mobile to clear the carrier lock.I sent a letter to the CEO of US Mobile, Mr. Ahmed Khattak, over a month ago asking him to clear the carrier lock on the phone that I purchased from US Mobile. I have received no reply.Because of US Mobile's failure to fulfill its commitment to provide me with an iPhone 12 that does not have a carrier lock, I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with US Mobile.Update: I posted the above review on Saturday, February 11, 2023 after trying unsuccessfully for months (see above) to resolve the issue with US Mobile. I received an e-mail from US Mobile logistics on Monday, February 13, 2023 offering to take back the phone and reimburse me for it if I could not get Verizon to unlock it. Several more visits to Verizon stores, including a corporate store where I discussed the problem with an expert, confirmed that Verizon could not unlock the phone.Based on the date of my Google Maps review (February 11) and the date of the e-mail from US Mobile logistics (February 13), it appears that US Mobile responded to my Google Maps review after having failed to respond satisfactorily to my many direct contacts with them! I therefore give Google Maps five stars for providing this forum to voice complaints. I adjust my rating of US Mobile from one star to two stars because they did finally reimburse me for the phone, although it took them over three weeks after they received the locked phone that I returned to them before they reimbursed me for it.

GAWD HELP ME! I thought Mint Mobile was BAD. These clowns do not seem to have the information on your account available when you need tech support. I agree that if it just works, and autopays, it's fine. BUT anything else, gooooood luck. And the student discount appears to be a BIG scam, because they cannot seem to make it happen. DAYS go by. Mutiple chat agents go round and round. And their system...wherever it is, cannot seem to send validating emails to a SECURE Microsoft email address. SO BUH BUH!

Poor service, poor customer service and poor coverage and poor rates. Their competitors are a lot better. The owner of this Company is from Pakistan, so the entire Company staff has the same mentality
