Will not return. The quality of work is declining. Always a problem with polish and I have to go back for a fix in a matter of hours or days. Yes sometime the same day (bubbles, peeling, chipping). They over file and leave your nails weak. No soaking, no thought to nail health. They treat customers with rudeness or just indifferent to them. But have a select few that they will be courteous to. I hope Ming sees this and does better for all in the community who patronize this nail shop. There are other options in the area.

I have tried THREE times to have my eyebrows done. The first time they said wait was 10 min. After 20, still not ready so left. The next time they said 10 min and I left after 25 min. Today they said 5 min and I left after 15. They need a clock or an honest time frame. No need for me to go again. Cheap price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Never disappoint always come out satisfied with the outcome of my nails. First time getting acrylic on my natural nails and loved how it looks. The owner did my nails this time and absolutely love them.

The owner is rude and very unprofessional ! They use low quality products and the nail polish doesn’t last past 1 week . The old saying go you get what you pay for . They should be investigated by the Department of Health . I

I’ve been going there for three years and they’ve been great. Just recently they fixed up the place and didn’t change the nail prices. Not once, twice, three, but four times I’ve gone they’ve asked me to give them a bigger tip than what I am giving them. I give a good $5-$6 dollars and they still beg for more and become disrespectful if you don’t give them more. I have seen this happen with the other customers.

I’ve been to VIP nails 3/4 times to get a pedicure and the service is terrible. They’re very rude, the customer service is horrible. They don’t greet you when you walk in, the workers stare at you as if you don’t deserve to be in their establishment. I will never give my hard earn money where I’m not treated with common courtesy and respect.

This place smelled like lead paint, had really bad customer service because the workers were really loud and screaming and singing the entire time my mom and I were getting a pedicure. They didn't do the best job and I had to ask them to fix my pedicure. It's also not the cleanest place

I’ve been going here for quite a few years now, but the past few months, I seem to keep getting the same person to do my nails. The first time I got her, she didn’t understand what I wanted. Not to come off rude or anything, but she can hardly speak English as it is and shes not the same nationality as everyone else. She had to draw on a napkin asking me if I wanted my nails to be squared or rounded. She did such a terrible job, that I didn’t give her a tip! They tried to embarrass me in front of everyone, but I didn’t care. For some reason, I kept going back there. This particular person, she doesn’t put any care into doing my nails. I never get a foot massage like I used to with my pedicures, she doesn’t really scrub my feet or anything. Fast forward to today, the water for the pedicure was too hot and she looks at me and pretty much says in so many words that the water isn’t hot. In my mind, I’m saying , to you it’s not, but your feet aren’t going in there. She proceeds to work on my feet, but this time I could somewhat see and feel that she cut my toe nails too short.i get home and inspect my toes and in fact, the nails re cut way too short! The service in this establishment was fine until they hired that one person. If you decide to go in there, you will know who I am speaking of. She stands out! They have lost a loyal customer. Today was the last straw!

You need to make appointment otherwise expect to wait 30+ min on a weekend. Prices are reasonable.

I had to pick up some necessities for the house today. I searched online for a nail salon near me, just to get my eyebrows done. However, I had to ask about their pricing for the manicure and pedicure. It’s $30 for a regular manicure and pedicure. $40 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The employees are all pleasant. Lissette, did a wonderful job, on my nails and eyebrows today. I highly recommend VIP nails, for all these reason, and more… The staff Keeps the place very clean, and there is free parking in the parking lot, directly across from the salon. BJ’s in White Plains, is a few doors down. I will definitely be patronizing this business, whenever necessary…
