When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could.1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn’t even recognize it (thanks Chin).3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled!Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.

I took my new BMW X5 to the AutoSpa HQ for a ceramic coating service. Tee and his crew did a fantastic job. The car looks great! Great attention to detail and friendly customer service at a reasonable price.

Just bought my used car there and the detailing job WAS NOT good. The staff was nice but the car wasn't clean. No attention to detail. That was the point! Detailing. My wife had to spend 2 hours wiping and disinfecting the cracks and crevices, tight spaces, etc after she left AND had to bring the vehicle to another car wash for an exterior cleaning. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately- maybe you'll have a better experience.

Great experience thus far. It’s my second visit and both times I’ve gotten a wash (love that they use the two bucket method) to protect the paint.Also got my two front windows ceramic tinted and today they were redone due to some unexpected bubbles. Owner is very friendly and agreed to redo the tints without any hassle or issues.The staff is great, both times Chino has been the one I’ve spoke with and has worked on my vehicle. Very friendly and takes his time to answer any questions / concerns.Highly recommend, if you care about your vehicle for the long term!

T and his team are truly remarkable! Extremely professional, meticulous, efficient and truly a great crew! I trusted them with my Lucid's chrome delete, PPF, powder wheels and tints, and they all came out perfect. Satisfied above and beyond. Very reasonably priced as well. I've been searching high and low for a car detailer to do ceramic coating and tints, and I'm so glad I found Westchester Auto Spa HQ (Wash Q). I did my research online, reading reviews and comparing prices. I was really impressed with the reviews for Wash Q, so I decided to give them a try.I was not disappointed! The owner, Tee, and his team at Wash Q are incredibly friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions in detail and explained the process.I was blown away by the results! The ceramic coating and tints turned out amazing! The shine and the feel of the car are amazing! It was so clean and shiny - showroom worthy! I was so happy with the results, that I am now taking my wife's car to be done. I would definitely recommend Westchester Auto Spa HQ to anyone looking for a great car detail. Amazing experience here! My car really needed a cleaning and by the time the were done, it looked almost as if it was right off the lot -- gleaming, so clean and shiny. It was clear that they were in no hurry and they really took the time needed for customer satisfaction. I got the basic package but their attention to detail and deliberation were anything but basic. It's more expensive than your basic car wash, but so worth it as my car was infinitely cleaner than its ever been from a regular car wash, and thus will last longer. Would absolutely recommend.

Couldn't be more satisfied with their level of organization, courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness. You can see what they do in plain view and what a difference hand-washing makes! I’ve been going to Westchester auto spa since I got my new car. Refuse to put my car through a standard car wash due to the damage it does to your paint. Along w/ frequent hand washes, I’ve recently had a ceramic coating and ppf application to front of car. T, Chin and the whole crew there are top notch!! Won’t go anywhere else!
