Great company, Great service. I was recommended this company from a friend who is a reoccurring client. I was unsure when seeing the 2.0 star reviews and saw it was a taxi service. I gave it a shot and I was surprised on how professional everything was. I am now only going to be using this service in the future. Don't get confused, it is not a taxi service at all. Thank you Westchester Taxi & Limo!

This car service has one of the lowest reviews for absolutely no reason! I am pleased to say that for my first trip to the airport I was treated with such respect since making the reservation on the phone, and when taking the ride. My driver was on time and was very courteous. This company will be recommended to everyone I know.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and the drivers are always excellent, the cars all clean and prices are reasonable. Yesterday I had a pick up scheduled and finished up early and asked if they could change my pick up time and they were there within a half hour. Great service and drivers!

I have been using their service for a little over two years and they have never disappointed. Their drivers are professional and courteous and always arrive on time if not early. They always contact me at the airport as soon as my plane lands and are very good at arranging my pick up even at JFK and international flights. I highly recommend them.

We had a rude Taxi Cab unsure of the company but it has a white plains licensed taxi badge... thats seemed to not know how to back out of a public space in front of an apartment building. This driver was honking the horn for a car whom was already in front of him (in which he could have been moved his car to leave) in front of the building both cars nose to nose. Now your blocking my car in from leaving because you want to be obnoxious. The taxi can back up and go out the driveway he came in on but is persistent in honking to move the car already in front of him... he was not blocked in as he portrayed to the person he was talking too on the phone license plate number 14507 CF. I have other information available to provide if contacted thank you..... THIS IS A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS UNRULY TAXI DRIVER IN FRONT A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING... HELP

Unreliable. They are the most affordable of the airport pickup services for a reason.
Last time I used them, the driver was a half hour late, and left me coordinating calls between dispatch and the driver while repeatedly assuring me he was only 5 minutes away. The service, to their credit, apologized, and asked me to give them another chance.
The most recent booking, I arrived on time to no call, no text, nothing. I saw an Uber was 1 minute away for half the price, and took it. Called dispatch to tell them to forget it, he seemed surprised since the driver was at the airport, and told me “usually customers call us first to see where the driver is.”
The entire point of booking a car service, and paying double a taxi or ride share fee, is to remove the effort of the process. If the driver is at the airport, there should be a text saying which car he is out front. If passengers are already walking out of the terminal, he should be calling to communicate where he is. If I’m able to land on time, walk out the terminal, look around, hail an Uber, get on the road, call dispatch and communicate all before the first attempt to reach me is made? Then there is no point in paying for a car service.

This place is the worst. We requested a car seat to and from the airport (we have a three year old) and to, they only sent a booster in some rickety a$$ car and from, not only did they not send us a driver with a car seat but they had an attitude about it. I'm pregnant with a three year and stranded at the airport right now because of this company. I'm livid. I wish there was more that I could do besides write this very negative review. Livid.Yes for the record we ordered a car with a car seat, they sent one without one, told us they could send another with a car seat in 3 hours, and then he would not apologize, told us it was our fault somehow, and in fact asked my husband, mr. Katchen, if he wanted to "tell him how to do his job now". To which he did reply *uck you and hang up the phone, because yes, *uck you. If I ran my business this way, for the record, I'd be ashamed. Just for the record, I also reviewed you on yelp where I hold elite status because I write so many reliable 4 and 5 star reviews. Get your self together and get some class.By the way it's my birthday and I'm still so upset about this that I took the time to reply to your nonsense. Booooooo lol.I also see a nice split between 5 and 1 stars on here so it seems like you're either great or your awful and it's a lottery. Your rating on yelp is much lower at 2 stars. Wowww.

I will never ever use this car service ever again. The driver dropped me off at my destination after a 2-hour $300 pre-arranged point-to-point ride service - he dropped me off at my destination like I was a hitchhiker! He literally tossed my bags on the ground at the curb and sped away. I looked like a fool to the host that I was staying with and he just made me look humiliated. I literally felt like I had hitch hiked on the side of the road and then someone had just dumped me off somewhere. When you hire a car service and you pay a great deal of money for it to get door-to-door service, I think it's just common courtesy that you would expect the driver to help you to the door of the house with your bags. I'm not saying he even had to take all of my bags but at least offer to take half of them and help me to the door, he literally just left me on the curb like a hitchhiker. I looked like a complete fool to the hosts that I was staying with you, he made me look like an idiot. I'm shocked, I'm really really shocked at the way I was treated. I did immediately call the dispatcher and inform him of what had happened and I did ask for some type of courtesy credit to show that they were interested in maintaining a business relationship for the future, I am now awaiting a reply. I'm really really upset, I have never in my life been treated like that. I've taken just regular taxi cabs on the street and even then the driver at least offers to help bring the packages to the door, but to hire an expensive car service and be treated like garbage! I would never ever hire them in any sort of business situation because if you're hiring this car service to pick up your client from the airport, for example, you're going to look foolish to them when they get dumped on the side of the road like a hitcher. $300 was not worth it to be treated this way. Also the driver could not get his GPS to work or even read road signs so i had to navigate the first leg of the trip. Awesome.

Awful experience. Had a 12:30 am pick up scheduled at LaGuardia on a Tuesday morning. Called dispatch to let them know I arrived and retrieved luggage sooner than expected and to let the driver know we are ready for earlier pick up if possible. Was informed that the driver would be there on time 12:30 am as scheduled. Driver was a no show. After 10 minutes still a no show, I called dispatch several times with no answer and therefore no way to reach the assigned driver for an updated eta. After 20 minutes passed, I finally got a call from a driver thinking he was finally there waiting outside for us at passenger pick up. No such luck, driver informs me that he just found out about the pick up, somebody screwed up and forgot to tell him. Obviously I wasn't about to wait probably another 35-45 minutes and I canceled the pick up before being hung up on with zero apology. Had to make other arrangements for a taxi. Almost two days later still have yet to receive a call from the company owner/manager or any employee apologizing profusely for the gross inconvenience and incompetence I was subjected to. What a way to end a nice vacation and a long exhausting day with total aggravation. The one star above is only because zero stars wasn't an option!

Booked the taxi and received an email confirmation. Nobody turned up, I phoned the company up and nobody answered the phoned. I left a voicemail and nobody returned my call. Also I finally got through to the company and they said they never received my voicemail and the taxi man thought it was a PM not a AM booking, hence why nobody turned up. I feel the operator didn’t care on the phone. Worst taxi service company I have used.
