Sorry but this is just a wash and go. Not a carwash. NO ONE IS GOING TO HELP YOU CLEAN YOUR CAR. Understand that. This is a DO IT YOURSELF CARWASH. and a SUBSCRIPTION to a monthly service(meaning you can wash your car unlimited times anytime you want. EVERY MONTH you will be charged EVEN IF YOU DONT GO... Understand this. Ok so let me start my review. I went and payed $43 for the WORKS meaning hot wax everything Top of the line WASH. I had to do 2 passes and still didnt feel this was a good wash. If you dont care about detailing you car and you just need mud off your car or salt and have the time to do 2 or 3 passes then this place is for you. Remember only the car with the same license plate can go unlimited, not every car you ride. They have a parking lot after you wash the car to finish the carwash. They do have this 3$ rag exchange program i didnt Understand this because I get my rags from bjs or Walmart. I dont understand if its cleaned towels or used cleaned towels. They have a rug machine that only cleans flat rugs, I didnt use this machine. They also have giant vacuum hoses to get your car vacuumed but not all the hoses have maximum power you might have to borrow the neighbors hoses. Sometime it gets packed and you have to wait to vacuum your car for a spot or to dry your car. Don't think for one bit that your tires and rims are going to be cleaned. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR A DETAIL GUY THAT TAKES CARE OF HIS CAR. This is a place for a quick so so wash. The staff is nice and respectful with helping you at your Do it yourself friendly carwash. The reason I scored it so bad was because not of the people but because of the automatic carwash experience. It was bad I paid for the best and still got the same wash as the basic which is like 20$. I went 2 times in a row and nothing changed. I also didnt like the way the monthly thing works because I would of stay but they charge you for premium $43 every month knowing it is not going to be a good wash. It should start agian when you decide to go agian. NOT EVERY MONTH. I will not be back. Its really not for me, I need to detail my car a little bit and this place does not really offer what I want. In short terms this is like getting a quick bite at a fast food place for a couple of dollars its not getting a steak dinner at Benjamins Steak house.

I’ve been a member at this car wash for over a year, but unfortunately, I’ve decided to discontinue my visits. While the membership pricing is reasonable, the overall experience has consistently fallen short.
More often than not, my vehicle requires two to three passes through the wash, as it rarely comes out clean on the first attempt. Additionally, there have been instances where the machines stop working mid-cycle, which is both inconvenient and frustrating.
It's also noticeable when the wash is low on supplies. some days the service includes a thorough, soapy clean, while on other days it feels like little more than water with minimal product. This inconsistency often forces me to go through the wash multiple times, still without satisfactory results.
The vacuum stations also need improvement. Some have significantly less suction power than others, and a few are in poor condition with parts detaching during use which makes cleaning more difficult.
In summary, while the pricing is attractive, the inconsistency in service and equipment quality has led me to the cancellation of my membership. Good luck wash and co !

My Mercedes emblem was taken out by the machine and so i went twice and called twice, nobody called back..i even spoke to manager and she said she would talk to evening manager, took pics of receipt, car and nothing. Will not go back

My wife and I both have the unlimited monthly car wash and we love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. We love the towel exchange program. Vacuums are free and considering the amount of people who use them, the suction is better than average.
