Incredible organic market! I'm still amazed by the variety of healthy products that are available. Plus I can make my purchases directly in my Amazon app.

This was my first visit to this Whole Foods, it was OK, my friend purchased a couple of items and she went to the self checkout and when she had a problem the associate was very nice and helped her finish her transaction. I would shop there again if I happen to be in that area. Good ? service.

Convenient and easy shopping at this location in White Plains, just across the street from Westchester Mall. There's a hot food bar with deliciously prepared meals ready to eat or take out. This location validates parking.

I’ve been buying my groceries in WFM chain even before Amazon bought it. You can trust them with organic/ no antibiotics quality of the products. Besides organic stuff there’s a decent bakery as well

Our visit to Whole Foods Market in White Plains, just two days ago, was an enjoyable and wholesome experience. My wife and I had a great time shopping in this store that truly stands out in the realm of grocery shopping. The wide variety of organic and fresh produce, along with an impressive selection of specialty items, made our shopping trip a breeze. The store's commitment to quality and sustainability was evident in every aisle. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist us whenever needed. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making the whole experience even more pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the convenient and eco-friendly packaging options available.Whole Foods Market in White Plains is not just a grocery store; it's a place where shopping becomes a delightful experience. We look forward to our next visit to explore more of what this store has to offer.

They have been charging for same product twice, overcharging. I have bought 2 mangos on 10/25/23 and when I was going over the receipt, I realized they charged me for 5 mangos instead and each mango is 2.99. I saw it when I was home. A couple of months ago I bought a fillet of salmon and cod (total 2 fillets) , they charged me for 4 fillets. I had to drive back to solve the issue. It doesn't seem as an honest mistake to me, it happens too often. Be aware, go over your receipts before leaving the store. The worst Whole Foods I have ever shopped at.

The Whole Foods store is excellent, but the parking garage is one of the worst parking garages I’ve ever used. The kiosk and gate technology is very difficult to use and functions poorly. Every time I park here I see someone get stuck at an exit gate because there is some problem with, or the person can’t figure out how to use, the technology.

I have been shopping at whole foods for decades. I'm very disappointed with the takeover of Amazon. I see you shortage of staff. Less knowledgeable people working, high turnover rate. The quality of the food is questionable. I've boughten certain greens that are in containers that are on their way out. I've seen other things on the shelves that should have been taken off. When I go to the fish department you have to ask for them to pull the bones out. Also, they're not allowed to trim the belly meat off of let's say cod. They do not transfer any of their shrink meaning scraps to the deli where they could make fish scraps into a fish cakes or soup. The deli water is its own fish. This seems asinine to me. This is not the way any food operation works. To charge top dollar for fish that is previously frozen or has on utilized scraps for most people I think is reflective of the type of service provided by the company mandate. And the one particular whole foods I'm shopping at, I find a meat department to be unfriendly and they seem to be bothered to sell and work the counter. They basically are wanting to do the butchering and not service customers. They have a bit of an attitude also. Usually when I ask for things I can come back and pick them up while I'm shopping. If they're busy. You have to be very careful what you order from the fish and meat counter. I've gotten fish that was definitely older than the fish in the front, but the case, pricing you have to be careful with, and the meat department. Department they snuck a piece of meat that it was a piece of lamb chop where they had cut the fat and a part of the eye off the chop. So you're just basically paying for a little piece of meat in the bone. This should never be sold to a customer. If they make a mistake like this butchering they should just cut it out and throw it and stew meat or grind it out. It's these attention to detail that I find disturbing. Also, there's a whole bunch of food that they sell there that is not health food based. Their own line the uses ingredients descriptions as natural sweeteners. I find that unacceptable in a store that was based on natural foods.

Love this place. Always had fresh organic veggies, fruit and meat. Price is reasonable!
