Would be giving ZERO stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I received a gift card for mother's day and tried to spend it today. They said there was "No money on the card, and when investigated further discovered it "Wasn't activated by the sales associate." The manager Marie forced me to email them a picture of the bank transaction from my son which I did and they are now giving me the run around saying "that it may not be sufficient" and they may need to investigate further. Not sure how it will play out...but buyer beware. Do not purchase gift cards from the store located within the Westchester Mall. There won't be any money attached to the card even though you paid.

I freaking love this place, I've bought knives from here and pots and pans and just love it.... As a chef, this is my toys r us..... I love when they put their knives on sale, I can't help resist buying them and adding them to my collection...

Just such a welcoming and helpful store atmosphere. Everyone was happy, thoughtful and excited to discuss products and find components to make a complete dish set. You made our day fun by outfitting our kitchen.

William Sonoma has everything a budding or experienced cook/chef could need except a flavor palate...all under one roof.The store is staffed by experienced, knowlegable sales people that seem to love their work.I never go there to buy anything, but somehow always leave with a bag.

My husband and I had an issue with an instant pot that we received from Williams Sonoma on a wedding registry. I initially reached out to instant pot for help and they didn’t do anything for us. As a last resort, we brought it to the Williams Sonoma in the Westchester mall in White Plains, NY, and didn’t expect much. We were helped by Kurt, Marie and Connie, all of whom were very helpful in getting our problem fixed and resolved. Everyone was very friendly and understanding in this situation, and we are so thankful for the team at Williams Sonoma for all they did for us!

Absolutely lousy. The only reason to go into a store like that is to be able to get some service to get what you want. I asked a question eventually somebody came back with the answer and threw up her hands without really helping. When I asked about something else she just walked away so I just bought it on Amazon

Was told to come in for a replacement/refund/discount on an Allclad D5 by an associate. Angel.Managers told me they don’t believe me and the associate is on vacation. Lawrence and Maria. They weren’t able to help and for me to just buy a new one. They explained all the benefits that they could no longer use to help me in this situation.They took my old one back.Asked for escalation person and they said Jennifer (regional manager) doesn’t have contact information and just contact their customer support email.Overall if their associate had told me there’s nothing they could do, I wouldn’t have driven the hour to get to the store.
