Truly an unforgettable experience, LISA has to be the best retail worker I’ve ever met in my lifetime. Absolutely hilarious and very convincing with sales, definitely coming back for that Mother’s Day sale!

I can give a half star for their services! They never made it clear that they don't do refills in the store! And when I called to pick up the order they said they will refill it. It's a waste of money and time.

This store was very bright, cheerful and inviting. The employee, Chris, was great. He knew the product and how to present it, so he made the sale. The store wasn't even on my radar. You must wear a mask and they have sanitizer around. This is good because the seats are hands on. You can touch and sit on everything. Sanitation in this store is a must. There is a store like this closer to me, but I'd come back to this one. I'm sure all the employees are good, but if you go...I hope you get Chris.

The workers were really friendly. They allowed my friend and I to lay on the bean bags and try them out. They even put heating pads and a pillow on us to make us feel comfortable and know exactly what we are buying. I loved it. I will definitely go back in the near future.

RESTOCKING FEE...BE CAUTIOUS OF RETURNS!!! I was on the fence on purchasing a Yogibo Max product at the Westchester Mall and was sold on the ability to take the item home so I can try if for a few days. I was informed that I would be able to return if I did not want it for a full refund. When I went in to return the item a couple of days later, I was surprised when I was informed by Chris W. that there would be a restocking fee for a tiny small speck he noticed on the product. I made him aware that when I removed the item from the bag, I had noticed a white chalky substance on the product which I was able to simply pat off. (Not sure where the chalk came from or if it was already in the bag.) He was insistent on keeping the money for the restocking fee (appx. $60) for a product I no longer wanted. I can't help but wonder what percent of returns are actually charged a restocking fee and if this occurs regularly. It's like they will site ANY little speck to try and collect money somehow. If purchasing any items, be sure to inspect the item on its condition before leaving the store (maybe even photos) and EXTREMELY careful of the condition once you leave the store. Fortunately, I was able to return the item at another location for a Full Refund and would recommend considering purchasing elsewhere. I will not be purchasing products from this company in the future or recommending them.

Went in on a Saturday to purchase a yogibo Max. One of the associates was incredibly rude to my four your old son, who was by my side and only sitting on different bean bags to try them out. My eleven year old daughter has had similar experiences with rude associates. Sad to not buy a beanbag, but was really turned off by the attitudes in there :(

The store manager was great and made all the difference in our experience. Our product wasn't right for the house and he made accommodations for us and while the initial solution wasn't right. I felt they made everything right and will go back for some additional chairs.

This furniture has been replaced several times and still comes apart at the seams, buttons fall off, strings not cut properly. Definitely not kid proof. Not worth the cost.
