First of all can't thank enough for all of tellers and managers in this branch but if we could we would have given Austin Fuller 10 stars and more for going above and beyond for us Austin again thank you for bottom of our hearts. Thank you for seeing us as people not only as customers we can't recommend enough if you guys are going to Whitsboro branch and need help we anything just ask for Austin you won't be disappointed!

The people at this branch are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming in, or using the drive through or calling on the phone. They easily take care of my accounts. Thanks so much.

Literally the most useless bank ever. Will steal your money and refuse to give it to you and then refuse to help you because "they can't do anything". I hope the District Court changes that. Run as far away from Citizens as possible!!!!!! Especially this branch. The branch manager is useless, and should be replaced. Rude, and very unwilling to help. They should do better.

The manager scoffed at me when I explained to her my situation. She rolled her eyes many times and called my daughter the N word. Closed my accounts.

Terrible management. Constant rotation of staff because of it. Repeated mistakes and compromise of your accounts as a result. Do not recommend!

This location doesn’t even deserve a star. Worse bank ever. Gave my check to my boyfriend to put into the bank with his. Our first paycheck from a new job. He gave it to the teller who processed it electronically. My boyfriend has been working late nights. So he forgot to sign the back of the check. Teller looked at the check. But I guess they didn’t really pay attention. We kept wondering why our money wasn’t in the account yet. So he called and they stated because there wasn’t a signature the checks were voided. No calls were made to us about any of this. We would’ve gladly came in and signed it. But nope. Instead they ruined Halloween for my three kids. I also planned on getting coats for my kids since were from Georgia and not prepared for the cold weather. I planned on opening an account here. But now I just refuse and will find a bank that prioritizes people. We will also be closing my boyfriends account as well. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. Smh this review requires me to put one star before posting. Well this is false. This bank deserves none.
