“You know, it's almost always a successful shopping experience. If they don't have an item I was looking for, four other things leap into my cart to take its place.”
“It's the Dollar Tree what's not to love? Seriously though, clean and organized. Friendly staff which makes the difference any where. They're always obliged to help especially since this Dollar Tree is large so you may need guidance. No fridge/freezer section though. Have to go to Utica Dollar Tree for that.”
“The store manager Andrew Raffertyis amazing always helpful always has a smile store is always clean and kept stocked best dollar general around I travel even though there is one minutes from my house cause I know the service here is always better store always clean”
“I don't care to shop where they have four checkouts and only one of them in use with a line I don't particularly care to stand still for that long not only because of my patients but because it's painful there”
“They are so friendly here. Had a tax exempt form and they knew exactly how to do their jobs. The store was pretty clean for a Dollar General. No freight to trip over.”
“I always end up finding the coolest things here! Dollar stores will forever be my favorite places to shop, especially for things like crafts, trinkets, prizes, school supplies and so much more!!
*I see that the selection has been expanded lately and I am thoroughly impressed with the variety of things that are in the $1 value section now!”
“I love ? to shop here for items for home or garden. Though, on the outside of store there's always so much trash. Absolutely disgusting unbelievable that it's used as a personal dumping ground. I'm not sure why management doesn't have it cleaned or have employees pick it up. Otherwise it's fun to shop there!”

“Great Experience at this store, Aiden and Erica was very Polite,Professional, and very informative ❤️It was nice to see two coworkers who can cohabitate in the same work area without the sense of friction nor tension.
Thank you guys you made my shopping experience very Comfortable ??”
“i really like this store. well-stocked frozen food section with a huge selection, everything a buck each. in this respect, never seen another dollar store come close. you can't get all your groceries here but you definitely save some money making the extra trip. also a lot of other stuff, H&BA, stuff for cleaning, etc. i can't imagine a dollar store could get much better. kinda ghetto and sometimes the lines are longer... it is a trade-off i am happy to make.”
“I can shop here quick. Get what I want and checkout is usually quick prices are good and I can avoid going to places like Walmart and get stuck there for hours. I’m glad that we have a store like this one in west utica”
“The stock is lying around because they can’t get anyone nowadays to work.
I love this store! The convenience for people living in the area is a great thing to have. I always find what I need there.”
“Dollar General is a great place. Everytime I'm there I always get something on sale. The store is full. This is one of my favorite dollar generals. I'm so glad I can go into the store and shop without the aisles being empty. The employees are friendly. I feel safe when I go there. The prices aren't bad. Thank You.”

“Loveee this DG! The recent renovation of the store is a wonderful upgrade & very clean (always has been a clean store!). Also, the staff is super nice! There’s 3 of them I see regularly and all have been very kind and welcoming. It’s nice to see someone love what they do or, at least, have an upbeat attitude/ sense of humor! Shouts out this store FOR REAL! wishing them many more prosperous years ?”

“The tattooed gentleman who was working closing 8/22 was awesome, our card flew out of my hand and behind the front shelves in a hard to reach area, he didn’t hesitate to help us out and hop onto the floor to reach behind and figure out what to do for us. I also seen his personable and friendly attitude towards the other customers. Great dude!”
