They were all friendly, polite, and professional and wouldn’t let us help a bit. (Not even to carry pillows) They also packed that truck with such precision that we only needed ¾’s of a truck. “Mario and his crew went above and beyond while helping us move into our new home. We booked his company on short notice and it wasn’t the easiest move, we had a ton of stuff! But Mario and his crew took care of our belongings like they were their own and not a single item was damaged or wall scuffed up. These guys worked for hours relentlessly! “The team at Greater Syracuse just did a great job for me. Jon was a great help with a difficult commercial white glove delivery. He was proactive and did a pre site visit and informed me the equipment specified would not be able to installed at my customers locations. He worked with my on site contact and myself to find a solution. Then when the equipment arrive at their warehouse if was freight damaged. His staff inspected the equipment noted the damage so we would not be stuck with damaged goods. When the replacements came in, he made all the arrangements with my sight contact and made the delivery. He then sent me an email (without being asked) letting me know the delivery was complete and even included pictures of the equipment setting in place. The chef was so happy he fed the entire delivery crew. I will definitely use them again for commercial equipment deliveries in the Syracuse area.”
“Went there for a washout. Easy access for a big rig with good pull through areas. They should think about a sign out on the road for easier identification so you don't have to worry about driving by it. Anthony was a little brisk but overall I like this place.”

“We rented from Penske moving trucks on Saturday December 12th. We reserved the truck on Friday December 11th. When we first tried to reserve the truck they told us we couldn’t without having the card information. I sent my boyfriend my card information since it was being charged to my card. They told my boyfriend the price would be $190 with a $150 deposit, however they said the $150 was all included with the $190 and would be refunded when the truck was returned with no dama”
