Extremely rude to non customers with questions, turns people away from general services that banks can do without having an account if that individual does not have an account, staff is not the friendliest, does not try to retain customers that switch from them and are rude because they are switching. Multiple people have complained to me also about this branch specifically.

Staff generally are helpful. Lines can get long at lunchtime. Two ATM machines helps to keep the cars moving along.

Was turned away at the door because I got there at time of closing. There were still customers inside and they wouldn't help me. Hours of operation are kept secret other than talking to someone there, want us to verify accounts we've had for 15 years and I took time off from work twice to do this.
