Terrible!!! All branches of NBT but especially this one in whitesboro. Disrespectful and lazy staff. Stay with credit unions. Been with NBT for 15 years and all have gone down hill. I’d give “0” stars if I could.

Such a disrespectful bank in general. I sat in here for 15 minutes patiently waiting to have nothing said to me. Not a “hey we will be with you in a couple minutes sorry”. Nope - all they did was then let someone else come in behind me and cut me in line because it looks like he was a normal daily customer depositing something. I have been disrespected by 3 NBTs. They have no customer service and the hiring employee for NBT HAS to look for miserable people to hire. You lost my business which is alot of business. Be better.

zero protection for their customers . don’t do business with any one in this company. staff has zero ability to help you with any complicated issue . call center is the absolute worst at helping their customers nor do they care

Excellent people expect nothing but the best there love that new young Christian girl treats everyone well
