The owner is one of the rudest men I have ever met. SCREWED up or E brake after towing our truck and I know this because I called our mechanic whom said there was nothing wrong with it before. The owner wouldn't even own up to it and he is not a man of his word and will charge you differently than you are quoted...Definitely not a man of his word. Do yourself a favor and do not go there as the man has no clue about customer service

Norm and David are awesome people to deal with, I've bought a couple cars from Norm and he ALWAYS tells me exactly what condition the car is in and if I would have any issues right off the bat, The NYS Police AND area Police agencies trust Norm and David to work on their cars, and that's good enough of for me as credabillity, plus Norm has a cool personality!! He's a people person!!

Absolutely appalling "customer service". I called this morning at 11am to make arrangements to pick up my car that was towed there the night before. Norm, I presume, broke out is nasty attitude right from the get-go saying "well I was there until 10 I'm not there now", implying that I ever had any clue as to what his personal schedule is. I asked him if there was any way I could pick up my car today and pay him for the tow and he said he would call me back. the only positive thing about this transaction is that Norm did call me back in a timely manner but still treated me, his customer, as if I murdered his puppy. The conversation went as follows: Norm-Yeah, I'll go back but you better be there because I'm not waiting around for you. And you have to have cash. Me-Okay, how much will it be? Norm (snidely)-Well I don't know I'm not there! And its gonna be a $30 fee for me coming back. Me-Whatever While I was waiting for my ride Norm called to show his dismay that I wasn't there. I gently reminded him that I did not have a car in my possession and that I would be there soon. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Norm telling me how he was doing me a big favor and giving me a deal. He towed my car 2 blocks, kept it for 10 hours and charged me $30 extra to go to his OWN business and take my money. He said "I don't normally come back", whatever that means. Its not the money put me off about Norm's Service Center, $95 is pretty standard for a tow, it was the mean, rotten, nasty attitude. I've worked in various forms of customer service for over 15 years and one thing you NEVER do is treat your CUSTOMER like you are doing them some kind of godly favor. You treat your customers like they keep the lights on and put food in your children's mouths.....because they do.
