“I needed a space for my Golfcart now that full is here and didn't want it sitting outside! Didn't think I could get it inside a Stoage unit but I spoke to there Rep Will who said that he had something he thought would work and asked if I wanted to see it. Curiosity got the better of me and I met him out here Thursday. I'd be dammed he was right! While we where there it started to rain heavly so we ended up checking out the climate control area and I gotta say I was Very impressed! He showed me atleast 5 units and each one was clean and ready to go with its own lock. In ended up leasing a 10by15 unit and have room to spare! Paperwork was simple enough.”

They keep the lanes plowed in winter for ease of getting to units when it snows. There are units at the location of the office and some additional units just down the road.”

I would avoid the u-haul on Lomond St in Utica all together and go to the u haul in West Utica!”
“Good prices, easy to deal with, local offices, but my units did get burglarized a couple times. Not their fault, called Rome PD and they did absolutely nothing despite me having the people on video in the act.”

“Best unit I've ever had! I broke my key and got it stuck in the lock, so the owner made a trip over to the unit, and cut the lock for me. He even gave me a new lock! They have decent prices too!”
