“I bought my car from Lead Honda Yorkville in Sept this year. It was a 2024 with under 20 000 miles on it. Honda certified. Almost immediately i noticed it wasn't shifting right and the engine sounded very loud. Lead Honda had me bring it in a few times to trouble shoot it. It wasn't easy for them to find out what the issue was. Third time was a charm. They found the problem in my engine and to make it right they had to replace my whole engine, block up. So impressive that they went through all this trouble for me. Thats how important it is to them to make it right and make their customers happy. Oh..plus a brand new pilot loaner car when they had my car. Definitely recommend Lead Honda in Yorkville. Shout out to CJ for tracking all the progress and being a great customer service rep ! “Jerry Smith & Sons is the only place we take our 6 vehicles. They go above and beyond with their customer service and vehicle maintenance. They are always accommodating with appointments. Josh explains everything in detail to you between pricing, options and whats needed or recommend. They wont do any work on your vehicle until you throughly understand everything including pricing. The garage is one place you can go to and TRUST that they are being honest!! Their customer service speaks for itself as soon as you walk through the door. “My experience with Phil and his amazing wife at the Auto Lister was nothing short of a miracle. I had been looking at cars for weeks, hundreds of cars, everywhere and anywhere up to 500 miles away! I looked at picture after picture and test drove vehicle after vehicle with nothing that made me truly happy, or felt it was truly worth the amount I was spending. Then I found Phil at the Auto Lister, well technically I didn't find Phil yet, not only was the business closed but fill the owner was away on work and another state. But only minutes after calling and leaving my message he returned my call and said not to worry if I would like to test a vehicle his wife would happily coming down and get me the keys to any vehicle. Upon meeting his wife I was so happy to be met with such genuine kindness and caring and such a great attitude and so happy to be there to help, despite having a change in her day. She allowed me to try each vehicle I wanted nothing felt quite right I actually left to try more cars when I got a call, who from? None other than out of the state Phil telling me to come back and try a vehicle I didn't think I could afford, he reassured me that making what I want and need would happen and not to worry. So I left the dealership I was now at, which took quite awhile will add! all the while his wonderful wife waited. I took the amazing Acura RDX for a test drive and it hit me, I was in love, every feature I wanted and more the added safety of the SUV not a car the AWD, like I said love. Next came the part I dreaded the moment of money the money talk, I told them what I could spend not only did they do that but even saved me money!! All this and a lifetime powertrain warranty covering any future worries even included in my price no hidden extra fees. We finally finished up that night my mother and I headed home it had gotten quite late by then again his wife was so wonderful you would never know this wasn't what you'd plan to do other day all along. They had my vehicle ready to go for me within a day which saves me a lot on the rental I had so it was great he took care of everything he really did come all my worries and sold me an amazing car I could not be happier I'm in a video call now that I never dreamed I could be I love my Acura RDX from Phil at the AutoTrader highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Patrick at Statewide and all his colleagues are the best. From oil changes, to changing key fob batteries, to wheel bearings, and anything in between. These should be your go to local guys! They even offer drop off/pick up service which is SUPER convenient. Example I work at the hospital: Patrick will come pick up my car (I hand him my key in person) and then drops it back off when the work is done! I cannot think of a more convenient service especially since healthcare workers have the craziest schedule. Let’s talk about prices. Amazing. WAY less than an average dealership for quality work and a personable experience!
