Drove all the way out here on day it was supposed to be open only to see a sign saying it would be closed for the next 4 weekends. Tried calling to confirm it was open and was given automated runaround, never able to speak to an actual person. I do not recommend AAA.

This place helped me get my international driver's permit. Everything went well, and I was in and out in 20 minutes!

Whoever drives for AAA through the company “All the Way Up Transport” in Queens, NY is a danger and liability. Both drivers were completely incompetent and their actions nearly ended in pedestrian injuries while towing and dropping off the vehicle. Stoned out of their minds or just plain dumb. If they show up to AAA your car, run.

I visited AAA Queens early in the morning to get an International Driving Permit, and the process was incredibly quick—less than 20 minutes! The staff was efficient and helpful, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. Just a heads-up: bring two passport-size photos with you to avoid an additional $16 charge for photos at AAA. Overall, a great experience with fast service!

Is a very friendly, Auto club. It provides a lot of services for its member. I like this place.

They asserted that the tow truck driver damaged my axle, a claim I contest, as the damage was not evident until after the vehicle was removed from the tow bed.

I recommend this place highly so much better than the DMV. The people that wait on you are kind and efficient and helpful. The best thing I ever did. You have to try it to believe it it was a pleasure

Aunque parezca mentira, todavía quedan algunos lugares que SI atienden y tratan bien a los clientes. Ésta oficina de AAA en 20-11 Francis Lewis Blvd, Whitestone, Queens, 11357 fue una experiencia muy agradable con todos los empleados de esa oficina, mi trámite fue renovar mi drivers license y tener mi Real ID. Yo recomiendo ésta oficina de AAA.

Made an appointment to just upgrade my license to the Real ID. Location was very nice, very clean and was helped immediately ( we had an appointment). Staff was so very nice and helpful. They asked since we were already there, did we also want to renew our licenses since they were to expire in the coming year. Sure why not kill two birds with 1 stone right! The whole transaction, with new pictures and eye test mind you took less than 45 minutes for myself and spouse. This was the first time dealing with this AAA location and it won't be the last.
