Normally they provide a good service and groom my dog well. I'm extremely upset with my last and final visit there. The groomer completely butchered my dogs face. It looks so painful. How can a "professional" do something like this!! Extremely upset, will not be giving them my business again! I mean look at his poor face.... so disappointed

Fran and Rich are the warmest, nicest, animal lovers. They are very kind and accommodating. They adore my Yorkie and she loves to go there! If you want an appointment book in advance... they're booked for about two months out!

My Louie, ( toy yorkie) is indeed a difficult little guy but seems to be at ease when Francesca and her staff take care of him. Their salon is clean , free of cages and smells amazing. The cut is above the rest, and we've been around. Simply satisfied knowing how well they care for our needs. Whitestone is a small click, and to last this long in a finicky neighborhood, you gotta be good.

This is the only place that I will bring my dogs to, it is always super clean and Francesca is the sweetest, she really loves and cares for the dogs. The haircuts always come out exactly the way I want them and my dogs are always comfortable when they are there. She has wee-wee pads for the doggies while they are there and they are always regularly changed. The dogs are also very comfortable during their haircuts because they aren't tied with nooses and she always shows the dogs love. Francesca is the best and the only person I trust with my pups hair.

The most loving and caring grooming salon anyone could ever wish for ....... this is the only place that I will EVER take my pups. It is obvious that Francesca and Richie truly love what they do. They will love and care for your dog as if it's their own. They do not rush your appointment and it is not run like a factory (like most other grooming salons). If your dog needs a little extra time to be groomed they take it, because each dog is different and each dog has their own individual needs (my Trixie is a seizure dog and needs to be treated with TLC and I wouldn't trust anyone else with her). After hearing about "Calling All Paws" (3 years ago) through word-of-mouth, I decided to give them a try. I knew I struck gold after our first appointment! The salon, which is very clean, is set up as if they are in the comfort of their own home. There are beds, Weewee pads , water, toys and THE ABSOLUTE BEST part is that there are NO cages AND NO neck nooses! The pups are free to roam and play with each other . There are only a few dogs at a time (because as I stated previously, it is not run like factory) . They are supervised at all times, in a very secure and loving environment. It's a terrific doggy play date/spa day. What more could anyone ask for??? Francesca is a talented groomer and my pups never looked so good! I can't thank Francesca and Richie enough, for the loving experience that my Trixie and Loki have when they are in their care.

Francesca is very good with difficult dogs. My Shih Tzu Oreo will lay down in protest, but she still looks great after a grooming with Francesca. I am not fussy about my dogs haircut. I don't give a crap about a particular style for Oreo. The thing I care most about is how she is treated while getting groomed. There are never more than 2 or 3 dogs in the shop at a time. No doggie is tethered or restrained. Francesca and Richie are truly dog people. Oreo has been coming here for several years and I've been very happy, and so has Oreo.

I hardly leave reviews, but I've been bringing Molly here for years and it's always been a positive experience. Franchesca and Rich are extremely professional and even give you a courtesy call the day before as a reminder. I've gone to multiple groomers in the past, and my poor dog would jump off my lap and hide by the brake pedal just not to go in. Every time we pull up to Calling All Paws she's wagging her tail from the moment I drop her off until I return. I've even left Molly for boarding twice and I couldn't be happier with the level of service Fran and Rich have provided. The first time I would call them every day to see how she was, and the second time I only called once because of the trust that has grown over the years. You can take your chances with other places or Edward Scissor Hands, but I highly recommend Calling All Paws. Molly always looks beyond adorable every time I pick her up and the only advice I would give is to book in advance because they are always busy.

Finding a groomer to your liking is like finding a good hotel or restaurant ,dentist or physician. The exception is your leaving part of your family with strangers. CALLING ALL PAWS was highly recommended by friends that feel the same way we do about our jessie. Jessie is a rescue so we were very particular about who we were leaving her with for a couple of hours. My husband and I immediately loved the comfortable surrounding. .toys ,water, beds and no kennels. So hear comes the good part, we meet Fran and Richie, home run!! These two people are 100% animal lovers. Even my shy Jessie took to them right away...this says something to me. To add to all this she did an exceptional groom and continues to take care of our girl on a regular standing appointment. This is a five star business with Fran and Richie working hard to maintain its reputation. It's more like a play date with meeting the other dogs. Everyone leaves happy. Joyce & Jim D.

Fran is an excellent groomer and her husband Rich is professional and always thorough with making my next appointment and reminding me prior to the date. I love that they do not cage the dogs and have a very clean establishment for when the dogs are waiting to be groomed. I have taken my dog here for at least a year and have ben more then satisfied every time. They truly love the dogs and Fran does an excellent job cutting his hair and showing him true affection as if he was her own. I would not take my dog anywhere else and trust me I am very picky with who I leave him with!

Calling All Paws is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend using their services. My wife and I made the mistake of going to another groomer and we will never go anywhere else ever again. Our dog had a bad experience, needed to go to the vet, we were not happy, and we were mad at ourselves for not booking in advance at Calling All Paws. When we walked Knox into the groomer we were nervous he would be scared however when he saw Francesca he remembered her and was excited to get started! My wife and I drive 35-40 minutes to get there which shows how appreciative we are of the specialized care Knox receives. Last time we were there Knox received an A+ on his report card and we gave Francesca an A+ as well!!!!

So, where do I start. I was looking for a new groomer for my 2 year and 12 year old. Being that I'm obsessed with my boys, I spent a lot of time researching and seeing all the good reviews I decided on calling all paws. I popped in one day to scope the area and meet the groomer, Fran(?) and her husband who handles he phone calls and appointments. She seemed pretty nice to me and I was happy to make an appointment for my dogs. However, my mom has the ability to see through people and she told me she got a bad vibe off of her and I should've listened to my mom. I brought my 12 year old in for the haircut first and it was mediocre to say the least. I specifically asked for a round hair cut and he cut his face kind of like a westie, but my dogs are cockapoos. When my mom said she wanted it round Francesca responded with "well this is round" and just basically dismissed us. She made no effort to fix the haircut so she could have a happy customer. Regardless of this, my 2 year old needed a haircut and though my mom was skeptical I went through with it. This is where it gets bad... my dog has never had such a bad, horrible, crooked hair cut. When we got there, i saw two chunks of my dogs hair on the desk and me and my mom freaked out. We ran in and Francesca's husband proceeded to tell us that these were knots they took out of my dogs ear. I have no clue why they felt the need to keep those on display on the desk and as I touched them, they barely felt like knots. It was soft hair with a tiny small little knot. My dog didn't greet me at the door which is the most shocking part. He was sitting staring at me from a dog bed next to the bed. I knew something was wrong and Francesca didn't come out of the room once. My mom asked her from outside how was he? Cuz we would tell he was scared though we didn't say that and she said ehhhh...he was alright. In an annoyed tone. I'm sorry.... but no other groomer has complained about my dogs behavior. This is now the icing on top.... I had made another appointment for my 12 year and forgot about it. I get a voicemail today from her husband reminding me of my appointment where he says "if you don't call me back I'm taking you off the list" and I'm thinking to myself WHAT? I'm at work and I didn't get your call... why would you take me off the list if I didn't pick up ur phone call and I had an appointment. Also I hear Fran angrily telling him what to say in the back. So he proceeds to call my mom now leaving the voicemail, which I have, and could post online if i needed to. He says the same thing he said to me and Fran is audible in the background... so he forgets to hang up and she goes "maybe if they picked up the god DAMN phone we would know" first off, that's extremely rude and unprofessional. You don't know what's going on in people's day to day lives. How rude of you that after we don't pick up ONE phone call each you threaten to take us off the appointment, which I was going to go to anyway after seeing how they completely messed up and butchered my 2 year olds haircut. Also when I first met Francesca, she said that any bad review you read about her is fake. Well guess what. Here's a real one for you. She left long chunks of hair by dogs thigh, ears, and legs. She cut the back of his head like a hair helmet.and then proceeds to tall badly about us and accidentally got recorded and caught in the act. I have the voicemail and if she tries to deny it, I have all the proof I need. Next time, think twice about being rude and unprofessional- and while you coach your husband on what to say to us- make sure you remind him to hang up the phone as well!
