Lack of customer service of all chase bank . I received the email tell me to update my Driver license and passport . I when to two chase banks they said they all booked appointments. What if we close the account do we need to book appointment?

INCOMPETENT! This bank LOST MY CHECK! I deposited a check in person via. a teller on Monday, April 29 and it did not reflect in my account. I contacted the branch and was told to come in, I denied siting this as a waste of my time. I requested a Manager, was told he’s in a meeting. I called again hours later, connected and was told he would investigate. Received a call back Friday morning saying check still not found. Was promised a call Friday afternoon, no call. This is now one week later, no call on Monday, no call on Tuesday, no call on Wednesday, still no check deposit. I call again and I’m told he’s in a meeting but he sent a message to let me know he escalated it. NO CALL. Management here SUCKS. No proper following up. Look at their rating - 2.8 - a true reflection of the trash service they offer both in branch and after.

I just want to say this Bank is the best, Some one washed out one of my checks and stole my money out of my account i went to chase and fill a the paper on getting my money bank the same day the money was in my account CHASE IS THE BEST.... Awesome customer service

All 3 of the ATMs denied withdrawal transactions at this brand today. And there were two other customers in the bank that experienced the same thing. One customers transaction for the withdrawal went through but no money came out!

I had a really good experience. There was fraud on my account and they handled it very quickly and explained everything to me very clearly. I did need to wait for about 30-40 mins to see someone but I noticed a lot of the personnel are elderly so that’s probably why. But very pleased . Thank you Ricky and his two associates who helped me and the lady who checked me in.

Worst branch of Chase Bank. Every time I am there it takes 45 minutes to be called to the desk. I the mean time employees are around the branch pretending to be busy.
