All 3 of the ATMs denied withdrawal transactions at this brand today. And there were two other customers in the bank that experienced the same thing. One customers transaction for the withdrawal went through but no money came out!

I had a really good experience. There was fraud on my account and they handled it very quickly and explained everything to me very clearly. I did need to wait for about 30-40 mins to see someone but I noticed a lot of the personnel are elderly so that’s probably why. But very pleased . Thank you Ricky and his two associates who helped me and the lady who checked me in.

Worst branch of Chase Bank. Every time I am there it takes 45 minutes to be called to the desk. I the mean time employees are around the branch pretending to be busy.

We went to the Chase bank in the Whitestone Shopping center to open a new checking account. The branch manager was off, but a personal finance associate said to have a seat and someone would help us. He even checked to see if a bank associate was free a few times . We waited almost an hour, one customer left and the man taking care of him passed us by without even asking what we needed help with. Another associate finished with a customer and she did the same. A third associate came from her break I guess, and she FINALLY asked what we needed. She told us we needed an appointment…..I think the other associates could have told us that if they had the conscientiousness to do so. After an hour waiting I’m going to another bank! By the way, I would have given zero stars if it was possible.

I just left the whitestone branch where we sat for almost an hour waiting on an associate to help with starting a joint account. We were passed up continuously by staff who never acknowledged our presence. When we finally enquired what was the delay we were asked when is your appointment. My question is why weren't we greeted and asked this upon arrival ,whome is your appointment with.If we were, we would have gladly have scheduled onefor a future time. As it is, we will be using a different bank from now on.

Would not think of using another bank. Very personal and been using them since I was 18 years old. I use other banks for minor things but chase is the best.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have three indoor ATM's. Huge common parking lot in the front.

People at the tellers give NO ATTENTION to their job and to the people waiting on line. We stood next on the line for 30 minutes waiting for 3 open tellers to deposit 2 people's checks. I've been to Chase banks around the world and always I've been met with standard service. The service here is terrible, terrible, terrible, below standards and the manager was absolutely no help at all.
