pharmacy is terrible. for 2 days called 4 times to get my RX. On hold 20 minutes to 40 minutes each time! then the person can not even find the order that they told me were pending . they told me to call my doctor again. he called twice before and the RX was in their system, now they want me to call my doctor a third time! my blood pressure is through the roof

I called the pharmacy for a flu shot - the woman who answered said "Yes, I think we are doing them, just come in". So I went on the website and booked an appointment. I showed up, only to be told "we dont have any vaccines - maybe call later". WHAT????? Is customer service dead!!!! So unhelpful, so unprofessional... So I drove up the block to Walgreens, walked in, got my flu shot in 7 mins with 2 amazingly lovely and helpful staff members. Dont bother with CVS - go to Walgreens!

Each time that I come to this store, I am always greeted and asked if I need any help. Although I do not use the pharmacy here, the general store employees are fantastic. I was just here on Friday and a few staff members helped me with Halloween candy. Furthermore, when I was checking out, the female employee with long dark hair reminded me to get another bag of Hershey chocolate because the second bag was free. I appreciated that very much! Keep up the great work!

Tried twice to speak with the pharmacist several hours post surgery. In so much pain, needed to discuss pain meds options, I was told the pharmacist was too busy both times I called (it was at least an hour before I tried again). Contacted the CVS on Francis Lewis, spoke with a pharmacist within minutes, she helped me with a course of action for my excruciating pain.

I came to this place CVS 153-01 10th ave Whitestone, NY 11357 to get the swab test, Friday 9/18 around 11 am I went there by bus and unfortunately the Q20B bus was detoured, made me to stop at 137 street and walked about 16 blocks. I showed them my appointment notification, but the staff REFUSED to test me because I do not come by car. They said only who come by car, they will do the swab test inside their car, not in there clinic. I wondered why they do not put the requirement in their website.......

Sanaullah peep up medicine for wife. Her name Tasfia. She take lot of the medicine. The farm there was very nice. She greet us ask if we needs anything. They did the gord thing getting rid of The male farmacist there I think his name was Dabu or Debang something of that sorts. The girl is the nice.

This is a new store that has no idea what to do. After a half hour wasted and they couldn't even ring me out I went to the store at Francis Lewis which is great. Unless you can't get to any other store, I wouldn't walk into this place. The man who was the manager was rude in addition to incompetent.
