This CVS is a comfortable place to shop with a friendly staff up front. The pharmacy receives high praise for specific pharmacists who are described as kind, professional, determined, courteous, compassionate, helpful, and hardworking. Customers report great experiences where the staff worked hard to get necessary medications, helped with discounts, and provided excellent service even on holidays, which has led some to transfer their prescriptions. The pharmacy line has been moving quicker lately. However, the location has serious problems with staffing and long waits. Some find the staff not friendly and not helpful, feeling the store has been on a downward spiral for years. There is also significant frustration with merchandise being locked up due to theft, which customers find tiring. While the pharmacy ultimately gets the job done, the long wait times lead some to recommend looking at other pharmacies in the neighborhood.
I enjoy shopping here and have had zero issues in my experience. The store is extremely clean. I understand that other people may have different experiences (hey, this is NYC), but I personally love this CVS location.

I love shopping at CVS STOTE AND MOSTLY ONLINE SOME ITEMS ARE GONE BUT I CAN ALWAYS FIND REPLACEMENT, otherwise the deals and coupons is what I look forward to and the savings and rewards.
